I just got into a huge arguement with my mom... I told her that I was going to a friends house to watch a movie and she asked who. I told her I was going to Dara's house. She told me I better not be going to Nathan's house (my friend who's 21, so she doesnt let me hang out with him) I said I wasnt. Well I went over Dara's house. Dara and Nathan are brother and sister and I didnt want to tell my mom that because I wouldnt be able to hang out with Dara if she knew that. She called me about 3 hours after I had left my house and said "I think its about time to come home." I asked why. She said because I had lied to her and I was actually at Nathans, then, without letting me explain, hung up. I told Nathan and Dara what had happened and left. I got home and told her that they were brother and sister and explained that I didnt want to tell her that because I wouldnt be able to hang out with Dara again. The only thing shell say to me is "All that matters is that you lied to me." I just said whatever and walked away, and I asked her if I could go to my boyfriends house. I told her if she wanted to she could watch me drive there and go into his house. So all I have to do is hang up clothes, then Im leaving to go to my boyfriends house. She has yet to explain why I cant hangout with Nathan except that hes older than I am. I think its because she thinks that hell try to do somethign with me. My boyfriends more of a danger than Nathan is!! *sigh* whatever stare I just wanted to get this off my chest...

My parents use to spy on me all the time...but I didn't mind it cause I wasn't really doing anything that would make them mad...I got them to quit by simply behaving and earning their trust. Then after I earned their trust I did what I wanted to.

Like many, I spent my teenage years in a constant state of rebellion and viewed my parents primarily as obstacles.

Yesterday my mom started asking me questions about my brothers homework. (we're twins, so were in the same grade and I've already read this play) I answered her questions easily. She said "How about you finish this tomorrow, and you dont have to clean the basement?" I stupidly agreed, not knowing that I had to write 5 diary logs about of a character, 3/4 of a page each, SINGLE SPACED!! Im SOO glad I'm not in my brothers class... But I might as well be... The only reason I'm going to still do it is because afterwards my mom is sending in my phone, and getting a new one... *sigh* though that doesnt do much for my sleeping in class that is sure to come tomorrow..

I gotta tell ya, Bailey, nearly all teens complain about their parents, but when it comes to s**t like this, you're hard to top when it comes to legitimacy. **Hugs.** You poor girl...
