My dam Feebas woon't freaking evolve, and it won't even eat anymore poffins. Its almost to max beauty too, i need help or could somebody plz give me a Milotic I have some starters i could give. It even freaking has three beauty ribbons. all the way up to ultra.

I've found it best to feed Feebas nothing under Level 20+ poffins to guarantee that it evolves.
