Yes, this one will be highly Chinese influenced, without the tones.
Yucky. I hate tones... they are so hard.
Vowels-
A- father
E- met, NEVER as in weigh
I- meet
O- bow
U- food
I[vowel]= English 'y' plus the vowel sound.
The vowels can be doubled, by the addition of another of the same vowel (aa, ee, ii, etc.). They are pronounced separately, and the second starts a new syllable.
They can be nasalized with the addition of (') after the vowel.
The nasalization is very hard and pronounced, so there can be no mistake what you are saying.
Pa= eye
Pa'= star
Paa= hand
The consonants that are just like English:
B, Ch, D, F, G, H, J, K ,L, M, N, P, R, S, Sh, V, W, Z, Zh.
The 't' is a lot harder, to differentiate it from 'd'.
The combo's:
Ao- cow
Eu- Add 'e' and 'u' to form this sound.
Ei- way
U[vowel]- the vowels are separated, but nothing like 'W[vowel]' where they are added.

The pronouns and verbs are easy.
I- Ao
You sing.- Di
He- Ji
She- Jo
It- Fu
We- Zai
You plur.- Shi
They- Mei
Possessive- add (-ja) to the end of the pronoun or noun.
Ex- Ao-ja- my/ mine
Di-ja- you/ yours.
Verbs are not conjugated, but rather, there is a particle added after it to denote tense.
Example- 'wang'= to be.
Past- ii
Past Prog- ina'
Present- wo
Pres. Prog- wo'a
Future- fi
Future Prog- fisha
Ao wang ii.
Ao wang ina'.
Ao wang wo.
Ao wang wo'a.
Ao wang fi.
Ao wang fisha.
Get it?

Word order is always IOV[tense marker]SDO(V2).
In questions, it changes to IOV[tense marker][particle 'mi']S(V2)DO.
Let's take 'I will make a sandwich for you.':
'Di hujing fi ao sanduwicho.'
The question 'Will I make a sandwich for you?' is:
Di hujing fi mi ao sanduwicho?
Any time, place, or other like phrases go after the thing they describe the most.
Like I went to his house at 3:00.
'at 3:00' would go after 'went' because it describes when I went.
Get it?
The particles:
Mi- after verb and marker to make statement a question.
Ja- added to a noun or pronoun with a (-) to make the thing possessive.
Shu- added at the end of the beginning of the sentence to negate the verb.
Ju- used with a (-), this is the equivalent of the English 'the'.
Su- just like (ju), but it means 'a/ an'.

Here is how it works.
Bao Chin-ju Shao will have its words as small syllables, and each syllable is a word.
So if you take each consonant, and add one vowel, you get 100.
Yep, right there.
Then you have some vowels like 'i+a/e/o/u', 'ao' and doubled and nasalized vowels.
So in other words, most of the words are one or two syllables long.
My current dictionary is exactly 210 words.
I'll be uploading a link to the file, I won't post all of the words, because it would be too long.
Bao Chin-ju Shao -to- English
English -to- Bao Chin-ju Shao

Oh... By the bye, I was attempting to make a Chinese-influenced conlang last summer. I can't remember why I ever stopped working on it. =o Chinese is beautiful.
