After Edward left the middle part just drug, all the way to the point when Bella jumped off a cliff, then it got awsome again.
What about for you guys?
Its not that i hate Jacob its just the way it was stretched out.
That got old quick.
So yeah I went back and re-read the book and I must say that I actually really like the book. I actually kinda like Jacob for saving Bella and making her human agaian. Though it still drags a little for me. And Jacob really doesnt start to get on my nerves untill he tells Charlie about the bikes. But other than that I actually like it.

i loved the middle where there was jacob, it dragged b4 they became friends but then it got better, i love edward to, basically, all but the departure of edward was good.

I don't like Jacob..He makes me mad..I think he is dull..Not much to him other than cars..He keeps knocking on Edward too..That makes me mad..

i liked it to the point where it was like october -- november -- december -- etc." then i was getting kinda annoyed because everything was so dull
then when she was gonna go cliff diving, i wouldn't pull the book away from my face. I was reading nonstop that day just so I could get to the part where Edward came back. It was brutal.

I finished New Moon the day after I got it because I knew Edward had to come back and couldn't wait for him to return (It was a good thing I got it on a Friday so I could read it none stop without school getting in the way). Then when he finaly did, it was too interesting to put down because of the whole Volturi mess.

Huh. How funny. I actually liked how she dragged it out. Too many books have the guy leave and then come back a month later, like that's such a long time. By adding so much length to it, I think she made it more realistic.

i liked the whole book, it was kinda annoying when she was just sulking though. it got really good when she met jacob.

I totally agree with you cause i almost was just going to skip close to the end but then as i read on and found out about jacob i decided to keep reading it but if you go on the stephenie meyer website you will see that the original version of new moon is really different and would change Eclipse in a way, cause bella would find out jacob is a werewolve in the very end of New moon like literally the last word when Edward comed back for good.

whenever i try to reread new moon i read the beginging skip the middle to the part where she jumps and read the end. the middle just kept dragging on and on i like jacob and all but he is not very smart..

It's kind of funny. My friend finished reading New Moon the day before I started it. We were sitting in the grasss...and she was like "Are you upset yet?" And I'm like "what are you talking about Liz?" And she's like "Oh, you must not have gotten to the..uh..good part." And i was like.. "huh?"
Thirty minutes later I got to the "October, November, December...etc" page and I looked at her...and I was like "whatttt? whattttttttt? WHAT? are you serious!?" and she laugh at me.
anyways, to my point. I skipped to the end of the book just to see if edward would be coming back..and once I saw, but didn't understand what he was saying (I read the part where he said "Leave her alone" referring to bella when they were with the Volturi...)
ANyways. It was really long, and boring with Jacob. I was kind of skipping over sentences here and there in hope of getting back to Edward.
AFter reading Eclipse, I re-read the whole series. And oddly enough, New Moon was amazing. It didn't feel drug on anymore. And I actually ended up liking Jacob alot more.

When Edward left I about died! i wanted him to be with her forever.. infact the only reason i kept reading was cuz i knew there were more books.. But then Jacob came into the picture.. && he was awesome til he started being a jerk & then the bikes thing.. but it was actually a good book..
but when i first read it. I could feel everything Bella doess... am i the only one who feels liike theyre there when they read all of these books. they are sooo addicting.
sorry a lil off topic..
I liked new moon but my fav. remains with Twilight.. =]

I liked new moon but my fav. remains with Twilight.. =] you are not at all alone on that,i for one am the same,and i bet plenty of other's are too. i was so sad reading New Moon. i don't hate Jacob or anything,but i knew it wasn't right,you know they shouldn't be together and that Edward's going to come back, you don't end a book by having the main guy run away and then the girl just changes her mind. no,it just doesn't work like that.
