Oct. 4 update- She's arrived. Blank mold pics in final post
Oct. 2 update- Onyx has shipped!! My most important character, Shizuka, is finally coming home! She's the first character I looked to make into a doll, but my standards for her were so specific, there wasnt a mold perfect for her till Onyx came out 4laugh heart
Her tentative arrival date is October 10th, the day after my 25th birthday( damn I'm getting old xd )

Bought myself SOOM Light Onyx too!! I sold a ton of stuff to buy her, making over $600 in two weeks. I've been looking for the perfect mold for a very important character since I got into this hobby, and had almost given up when she was released. Lo and behold, a doll that looks exact to me drawing. Freaky exact. I was totally shocked and had to buy her. Just had too.
Anyone else buying or bought this super awesome doll?
I'm in it for the long haul. Since SOOM does layaway and Im pretty broke right now( read this as " Why the hell did I just buy another one! I have floating heads gonk )
She's just so damn fantastic! Those legs...*swoon* She suits a character I've been wanting forever, who happens to have saytr-type legs. The Black and White Sirens. The only difference is in thier eyes.
She has shading and tattooing also on her arms, hips,and around her breasts and crotch area. Basically, she wont need clothing becuase of the way she is painted.
SHE"S PAID OFF AND ON HER WAY!!
I need MSC so I can paint her....

Ooh, you neeeeeed to post pics when you get her! I really want one (I cannot get over those legs!) but I've just spent an entire paycheck and a half on a new doll and clothes + another doll's head, so have no money left right now. If I wasn't going to be broke for the next couple weeks I'd put one of these gorgeous girls on layaway.

The layaway on Beryl has ended!! Siren just shipped from SOOM!! I'll be getting her next week, hopefully this Saturday or Monday.

oh god...the wait!! I stopped being excited about my Beryl for a long time becuase the wait for layaway got ludicrous and boring. Onyx on the other hand...the wait for her is killing me, since she is going to be my longest standing and most important character, my favorite ever.
oh sad face....Oh Shizuka, why must it be September!! Hopefully that will give me time to find the perfect wig for her though. I just cant find the right shade of red, or the right shape of wig either...

They said on SOOM that they would start shipping all paid off in June starting on the 29th. I bought my girl early in the month. so she should be shipping pretty soon!! I am SOOO excited! I hope she'll arrive before my birthday on the 9th!!

Hurray!! My Onyx has shipped. Im the second one on DOA who has posted that they got thier shipping notice. I wonder how many others have shipped...A whole bunch of us should be getting our girls soon! I can't wait to see the grey ones! Though I got the cream white...

Waaai, awesome! I'm just itchin to see owner pics. I'm so happy for you! Not long till min ships now then, I guess <3 And don't worry about feeling old. I turned 26 a week ago.

I ordered her eyes yesterday from Ruddy Peach on DOA. Hopefully they'll arrive quickly. Im waiting for her wig from CanCan...been two week since it shipped, so about another week before it arrives.
Halfway done with her faceup!! I just need to finish her lashes on one side. Ive been sick, so everytime I mess up I have a fit and just cant get it right. I have such a short temper when Im sick xd
