Male and female fluids both contain many ingredients and come from various parts of the body.
Females:

All women's vaginal secretions include pyridine, squalene, urea, acetic acid, lactic acid, complex alcohols (including cholestrol), glycols (including propylene glycol) ketones, and aldehydes."
