oh yeah OHHHH Im playing a stupied and idioctic game right now..

i got the nuva ring on the 10 of march.. 21 days from then is the 31st well i cant count and left it in till MONDAY! omg!

well lest to say ive been having horible cramp not dibilitating but sickly like im going to throw up. one i havent tested since i got off to be abusoulty sure im not pregnant. ill see tonight. but i also worried of side effects.. till i read this on the rings drung information

If you forget and leave the ring in place for an extra week, remove it, take a one-week break, and reinsert a new one on day 7.

so i should be alright.. i mean cramps and stomic aces ive had when i first testsed birthcontrol and missed or got off on them. ill see tonight if im ok.. Passed my papsmear though.. but yeah MAke sure even if you a little bit blond that you know the EXACT date your sposed to take them out...
