Situated all around the village are rather spacious apartment complexes and moderate housing - for shinobis who either chose to live away from their respective clans or those simply seeking a daring, independent life of their own. Of course, small to moderate families may also live together in the two story houses. Fairly large families can specifically request housing like that available for the independent Sannin. For newcomers to the village, arrangements for housing may be done at the Hokage's tower.
Genins (living alone): One roomed apartment, tenement housing.
Chuunins (living alone): One two-roomed apartment, tenement housing.
Jounins (living alone): One three-roomed apartment of a one-story housing.
ANBU/Hunter-nins: One four-roomed apartment of a four-story housing (I don't care...decide with your housemates who gets which floor).
Sannins (living alone): Generally, the Sannins of Konoha live with their respective clans in ancestral estates. If not, due to their special rank, they can choose to live in a five roomed, two-story housing, like the option available for large family housing.

Ryuugetsu arrived at his home no more than 15 minutes after the closing of the Academy. He passed by the two marble dragons leading to the downward staircase that finally lead to the five-inch thick door branded with the Uchiha clan mark .He passed into the white room filled with white furnishing the only thing that wasn't white in the scenery was the scenery outside the window the plants ,and the paintings. He walked over to the couch where he laid down his books ,and began reading his newly checked out book.

He taped on the pages of his book signing how my words were on each page .He didn't do this on purpose though it's just something that his body did out of random. After a few pages he looked up to find that it was getting quite late ,and he should be getting ready for having dinner with Conan. He carried his book off with him holding it with his dominant while his lesser hand did all the dirty work of opening doorknobs ,and grabbing things like the twenty ryo for the meal. After that he slipped of his shinobi sandals ,and fell onto the couch he had be reading on before.

Kasai opened the door to his apartment quickly, and almost dashed into the room. He was very eager to start his training (even though the teacher wasn't there...). He suddenly stopped, and almost keeled over in hunger. "Uggh... that's right, I didn't have breakfast yet," muttered Kasai. He hastily grabbed a bowl of cereal, and plopped down onto his couch. He took out his sheet of instructions, and this is what it said:
Handseals The first thing the students needed to learn were the handseals that made the Jutsus possible. So I set them to learning all twelve. The rules are as follows: Roll 1d20 for each seal, one at a time. They must get a 12 or higher in order to correctly perform a seal. Each seal must be performed once correctly before being learned. Use the formula: [1d20 + Int Mod. = (#)]. Seal: DC: 12 Total Seals Learned: No Hp cost, no Cp cost. This skill cannot be trained more than once. Rewards: +1 Intelligence
"..." said Kasai. "This can't be that hard..." He wolfed down a couple spoons of cereal. The first sign was “Monkey.” Kasai swallowed the cereal and put his hands into position.

((Proto told me to go and fix all my bad posts, so...)) “Hmm, that was harder than I thought,” said Kasai. He took another bite of cereal but accidentally spilled some milk on his couch. “Dang it! I just got this couch…” muttered Kasai. He clambered up to the kitchen, a bit small for his taste, and grabbed a small towel to clean up the mess. Almost all his possessions were given to him by the village, not all the best quality, but he had to make do.

Kasai quickly went over to wipe the milk off his couch. His possessions may not be the best quality, but he would try to keep them going for as long as possible. He then sauntered back to the sink where he flicked the faucet handle to let out water. Suddenly, Kasai accidentally knocked the faucet out of position and it sprayed the entire kitchen floor.

Kasai swore and quickly ran to the bathroom to grab more towels. “Auugh, I really need to sleep more,” mumbled Kasai. He ran back to the kitchen and flung all the towels onto the ground (just to save time). He then stepped towards the ground, but the towels missed a spot and Kasai slipped and went flying. He went a good 3 feet into the air before he crashed.

Kasai landed HARD on the floor, and smacked his head against the table in the middle of the kitchen. He swore again and yelled out, “That’s it! I’m seriously gonna start drinking coffee!” He crouched down near the ground and this time, very carefully, moved toward the closest towel. Watching for the slightest bit of water, he slowly moved the towel towards the first drops of water he saw, which was a puddle made up of about 3 drops water. He slowly wiped it dry and moved to the next puddle. (OCD somewhat?)

Kasai went slowly from each puddle to the next, taking up much of the valuable time that was available to him. Finally, after much meticulous work, Kasai was done cleaning his kitchen. Suddenly, he saw a small army of ants come in through a small crack in his wall. “HOLY CRAP! ANTS ANTS ANTS!!” shrieked Kasai and he jumped up, knocking the faucet handle open. Water sprayed again onto his floor, and Kasai found himself cleaning up again.

After another period of long, painstaking work, Kasai finally finished wiping off the kitchen floor. He rose slowly, careful not to knock any more faucets open. He peered around the ground to make sure there weren’t any more ants to freak him out, and he finally got up. He sighed, relieved that his trouble was over. He slunk back to the couch and resumed his handseal work when something in the window caught his eye. ((finally finished fixing up the story))

((- dangerously swinging hammer - Death! Death! Nobody dare boldly post one-liners, not while I'm watching! >=O The Konoha rulebook isn't for my health you know... - mutters - I must set a good example too...so here goes...))
It must've been one heck of a strange day, as a fat pigeon landed lightly on Kasai's windowsill. The bird tilted its head curiously to one side before - splat -...a lovely artwork of bird droppings now decorated half of his windowpanes, sill included. With what seemed to have been a smile (OOC: I don't know how the heck birds smile but anyways!), the said pidgeon flew off - seemingly mockingly waving his right wing goodbye as he disappeared over the horizon.
