It regards OCs.

I was wondering if the OC could be a Student of a Gold Saint and was met to be the next one to wear the Gold Cloth (ex. Kiki is the next Aries Saint).

She could be a student of a Gold Saint, but I don't know about the Gold cloth. It depends what is the cloth and if the person who has taken that Gold Saint would agree ^^

Yes one can, and just like Marynchan said, you need a permission, unless that Gold saint is yours.

The thing is... The OC I wanted use is the next Pisces Saint, but we don't have a Pisces Saint yet... *gets shot* So, any idea?

Well then, you'll have to wait for the Pisces Saint to appear and then ask if your OC can be his student ^^
