Certing
If you have won a Pokemon through a flatsale, Auction, Raffle, or by any other means, please post a completed order form here. We will put it on file for the next batch of drop-offs. You may also request uncerted images (No order form needed) of special colored Pokemon, but please save it to your computer as soon as possible and edit your post notifying that you have.

Corrections
Sometimes our secretaries can slip up while typing, and your Pokemon could end up with an odd sounding personalty, the wrong name, or worse- the wrong gender! Post a Correction form to clear up these littles mistakes.

Lost & Found
Yikes! You lost your poor Pokemon. Lucky for you we have Departments set up all over Tentou. Now, before filing a report, please check over the Pokemon Haven's owner list. Most of the Pokemon to date are in there with the exception of some of the newer ones and pokes that have just slipped threw the cracks. If you still can't find your cert post the species of said Pokemon, along with it's name, and the username it was registered under. This will make locating your Pokemon easier. Your Post will be edited with the cert for safe keeping

Uncerted Pokemon Request
Would you like an uncerted image of your Pokemon? Go ahead and fill out the appropriate forum below and I'll make sure to get it to you ASAP!

Can Pokemon be Co-owned?
Auction and raffle Pokemon can be co-owned, but flatsale and RP-based contest Poke's can't.

I want to rename my Pokemon/ My S/N has changed! Can I have my Pokemon Recerted?
Short answer: No. Basically it takes me forever to get certs done as it is. Some people change their s/n's frequently and this would be very hard to keep up with. This may change in the future, but for now just keep track of your Pokemon. REMINDER: If you have changed your s/n, make sure to note so in the stats thread so that your stats, journal's title, and the owners list can be updated accordingly.

Why is mai Pokemon takin' so long to get certed.
Coz I fail at certing fast k. No seriously, I do. D; Be patient, don't post your form multiple times, and you shall get a cert. Remember, you can RP with your Pokemon regardless of having the cert done.

Can we trade/give away Pokemon?
Prior to posting an order form, your more than welcome to give your poke to someone else.. just make sure there is a mutual understanding of who's paying. <3''

Once a Pokemon's certed though, we don't allow people to give them "away" unless they are leaving for good. We've had issues with this as well as trading in the past, and it back up's orders which also backs up progress in the shop. Maybe in the future we will add a system for trading and renaming.
