make sure that you start with a good deep plie, both heels need to be on the ground, with your weight equally placed over both legs. and if your turning from 4th position, turn out more.
right now it looks very parallel, like a jazz prep.

when your going around in the turn, make sure that your legs are turned out as much as you can turn them out. keep your knees up towards the ceiling, don't let them turn over.
what will help with this is working your turnout in tendus and plies, using your turnout muscles as you work. the muslces you should be using when you turn out are really around your hips, and the side of your hips, and under your butt.
really work on randejambes entaire and enlaire, (on the ground, and in the air). focus on keeping those knees to the ceiling, and presenting your heel forward.
also practice some basic pirouettes as well. plie, and bring that foot straight up your leg to passe. and use your turned out knee to help propel you around.
and on the plie note, make sure that when your turning, that you get a deep plie, then pop straight up into your highest releve. if you make sure that you get a deep enough plie, you won't move so much across the floor.
you just need some fine tuned practice is all.
i have the same problem with putting both my heels on the floor for prep.
you should get into some classes. you're doing those turns quite well for being self taught. they're very hard to do.
i hope some of that was helpful.
