Well, Page if you wanna be unique, Fighter if you want sheer power pretty much...Hard to pick XD

With 4th job out, Dark Knights (4th job DKs) are the WEAKEST. If you want packing power, do not choose that. Dragon Knights' attacks are the best in 3rd job. In 4th job, they have been nerfed. In jMS, people cannot find a DK to Hyper Body them because no one wants to play DKs anymore.

Both Page and Fighter are very good. While only 3rd job was out, the consensus was that Fighter was more powerful, but with 4th job, there is no clear answer. I read a very long discussion on this on Sleepywood.net, and people seemed to agree that 4th job Fighters are better on bosses, but 4th job Pages seem to take less damage while training as a whole. Both classes are awesome. Just go to www.hidden-street.net and look at the skills of each class, and choose the one YOU like more. In terms of attacking style, 4th job Fighter has 2 main attacks, while 4th job Page tends to stun mobs of enemies, taking less damage; but he also has more attacks to use as a whole, not just two. Again though, in terms of the power 4th job Pages and Fighters have, both classes are very strong, and no class is clearly stronger than the other. If anyone tells you otherwise, they are either biased or misinformed.

One note though: When you choose fighter or page, you'll have to choose Axe/Sword, (fighter,) or Blunt Weapon/Sword (Page.) People do NOT recommend going hybrid. Axe and Blunt Weapon are MUCH cheaper, but you lose 40% of your damage on thrust, though the swing damage is higher than sword. Most people therefore choose sword for the more stable damage. A 110 att sword is probably equivalent to a 120 att BW or Axe in terms of the damage it does overall. HOWEVER, actually finding a 110 att sword will be harder for you than finding a 120 att Axe or BW, and will be much more expensive. Also, Axe and BW is more unique, (fewer people choose to do it.)
