I am LDS and right now I am participating in the bi-annual General Conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, since I can't go to the Conference Center in Salt Lake I am at home watching it live on Cable, (and taking a few notes in another window, while writing this, btw). It's a particularly important one, you might say, as it is the first directed by our new Prophet and President, President Thomas S. Monson, following the death of our Gordon B. Hinckley a couple months ago. You can hear what has been said
online here, if you are wondering. However, my
question is this.
In your faith, do you gather together on such a large scale, whether in person or online? What about locally? Do you go to a congregation weekly? Why or why not?
