PROLOGUE For thousands of years, Vampires ruled the Earth in silence, keeping from making high profiled moves in order to keep their entire existence a secret, not wanting humans to know of their presence, since that would only make their lives harder to live. Only a handful of attacks has been reported in the history of Mankind, so humans really didn't have much to fear. But now, dark times fall among both Vampires and Humans. A new race has arisen and is now trying to take over. The Lycans, descendants of the Vampire race, are now making their names known. For hundreds of years, Lycans lived amongst the vampire race without conflict. Since the vampire race has been around for thousands of years, they have had a strong central government and were more organized so the Lycans had no choice but to obey the laws-which was to not kill so many humans. Doing that would make the humans know of their existence. This government was located in a large mountain that humans do not know of. It was run by 12 Full blooded Vampires who were known as "The Elders" and were all older than 300 years old. These vampires weren't selected to lead the vampire race just because of their old age. They all had the ability to Forsee the future. Predicting that there may be a chance the the Lycans could over power them and start a war with Vampires, the Elders, instead of exterminating the entire race from the face of the Earth, kept the Lycans under close watch, had them live in underground tunnels separated from the vampires, and treated them as an inferior race. Treating them as equals would only make them feel that they wouldn't have to take any orders. But soon enough, rumors soon spreaded out to the Lycans that the Elders were afraid of them and what they could become. The Lycans decided that they had no reason to follow orders from Vampires and decided to rebel against them.
First the assassination of the Elders were carried out, and later, a full scale war was launched. STORY The year is now 2034, Japan. The majority of the humans aren't even aware that a war is raging on their streets. But not all Vampires choose to fight with the Lycans, and not all Lycans choose to fight with Vampires. Some don't believe in the war, while others just simply do not care about the outcome. But they all know that this war will not end until one side turns out victorious. Which race will become a dying breed? Which race will Become Immortal? Which race will you choose?

DETAILS
ABOUT IMMORTAL TECHNIQUE
Immortal Technique is a remake of a RP that I made not so long ago. I kind've rushed into the storyline so the rp didn't turn out the way I wanted it to. This RP is based on a book that I read and liked called "Circue Du Freak" with the vampires having war, and stuff like that. It is also based on the Anime "Wolf's Rain" with the werewolf people. I also mixed some "Dragonball Z" into the storyline. The way that the Elders feared the Lycans, their powers, what they can become, and how they treated them badly was what I got from Freiza and how he viewed the Saiyans. The part where I put that Lycans can transform into werewolf, and then losing their memories when they turn back was also from DBZ, when the saiyans transform into the giant gorillas. And also, vampires and lycans can transform into different states. That was another thing I stole from DBZ.
THE RACES
Lycans
Despite the fact that Lycans lived with Vampires for centuries, they never liked them. They grew to believe that vampires weren't nothing but an abomination to the human race, since the only Full blooded vampires who existed were the Elders. All other Vampires were either turned throughout sometime in their life, or their parents were. Lycans only saw vamparism as a virus, or some other kind of disease.
The Lycans are still very simaller to The Vampires in many ways. Exept that most Lycans travels in small groups or packs, and they have 2 transformations that they can use. They can take the form of a wolf, anytime they please, allowing them to move faster, and easier without being detected by humans. Their second transformation is their full lycan form, also known as Werewolf. The Lycans can only use this form during the night of the full moon. When ever they use this form, they become 10x stronger than they were before. They become wild, vicious, and uncontrollable. They would attack anything in sight, but only a few Lycans were known to be able to control their selves when they turn. The transformation lasts until they are tired out, or until the sun rises. After that, they will lose a large portion of their strength for a 24 hour period, and they aren't able to remember much.
Whenever Lycans aren't fighting against Vampires, they usually are out hunting down food, or having vicious fights within their packs for sparring, settling an arguement, or trying to get a higher rank.
Vampires
The Vampires are just as strong as the Lycans, but their personality is more like humans and they aren't as much as brutes as the Lycans are. They dont have any transformations, and they are known to mostly travel alone, which makes them easier to be defeated by Lycans. But the Vampires out number Lycans 4 to 1, and they have no real weaknesses. They aren't effected by the sun, and they can go up to 2 weeks without feeding. And since They are cold blooded, they are mostly active during the night time. When the sun goes down, they become faster, stronger, and their reflexes increases 10 fold. They mostly eat what humans eat, exept they have a liking to raw food. Their eyes can allow them to see in the dark, and let them see whether if a wolf is a wolf, or if it's really a Lycan. Despite the fact that Vampires may not have any transformations, there are ancient legends that when a Vampire is in extreme rage, they can transform into a bat-like being known as their "True Form". Wings will sprout out in their backs, their fangs and finger nails grow longer and sharper, and they become up to 20x stronger than before. The only down side about it is that whenever they do turn, while they are in this stage, their blood lust will increase by 10x, which will make all humans who are around in danger. And just like Werewolves, They have no control over their bodies. No one knows if the legends are true. They say that the first and only time anyone has transformed into their True form was centuries ago.
Humans
Most humans are unaware that Vampires are now at war with Lycans. Some humans, like vampire hunters, knows whats going on, and they also try to hunt down Lycans as well. Humans who knows of the war and aren't Vampire hunters, mostly sides with the Vampires, since it's the Lycans who wants to rule over the humans freely, while the Vampires are trying to get them to stop.

RULES OF RP
1.) First of all, Follow the Gaia TOS
2.) PG-16 RP. No Cybering, and cut the swearing to a minimum.
3.) NO GodModding. Nobody can get out of a fight without a scratch. Not even mine.
4.) Pay attention to the Details. NO Lycans can transform into their Werewolf form without the moon (like in DBZ) and If you are a vampire and want to be able to transform into the true form, you must PM me first. I dont want people to tap into that power until later in the RP.
5.) Please be Litterate. No chat talking.
6.) No Character can be perfect... not even mine.
7.) PM me Profiles, with the subject 'dying breed'
8.) When you do PM me profiles, feel free to post, 'cuz you'll most likely be accepted.
9.) I can make up more rules when ever I see necessary.

Biography:Jaida grew up around Vampires and lived amongst them, having to take orders from them all without question. Like most other Lycans, Jaida hated them. Jaida was among the Elite class of all Lycans becuase of his fighting skills so he was one of the Lycans who were chosen to help carry out the assassination on the Vampire Elders. Unlike other Lycans, He rarely ever transforms into his Full Lycan Form since he hates the fact that he can't control his self and what he's doing. But when he was fighting with the Elder's vampire bodyguards, during the assassinatin, Jaida, along with all of the other assassins had to transform into their full Lycan forms after nearly losing the vicious battle. The battle resulted in Jaida receiving a long scar across his back, but since Jaida used his Full Lycan form, he has no memory of how exactly he recieved the scar. He still travels with his pack, and they recognize his advanced fighting skill, so they put him up a couple of ranks. Together, they wipe out every Vampire they come across...

Biography: Cal grew up a normal life for the most part. He was told of being a vampire at a young age so he accepted it most his life. Most of his friends were humans untill he got in his first fight. In his fight the lycan went after his best friend and cut him in half. Ever sense that battle when ever Cal steps into a fight he shows no mercy against his enemys. He has started to gain a reputation as one of the better fighters on the vampires side. Right now he spends his time taking any lead that may lead him to lycans or rebel vampires so he can find and kill them.
Personality: He is one of the nicest guys that you can meet unless you are fighting him. Once he starts to fight for real there is little to do to stop him. In fights he losses all his moral and will kill any enemy that stands before him. These actions have gained him the name reaper amongst the vampires.

Biography: Yazami, a young lone wolf, was one of the Lycans who helped carry out the assassination on the Elders. He, unlike most other lycans, didn't live amongst the vampires in the mountains. He and the pack he was born in lived out in the woods, away from human civilazation. They mainly walked around in their wolf form, so humans would leave them alone. His family didn't necessarily hate the vampires, so neither did Yazami. That all changed one day when his mother and father had gotten killed while fighting another vampire. Since that day, he became cold-hearted, and despised all vampires. He just left his pack recently and is wondering the world alone.
He is currently working as a bounty hunter, a bodyguard, or a hitman.
Personality: Mostly quiet, cold-hearted, merciful, yet never afraid of a fight, he is always able to maintain his composure even in the most dangerous situations, and is also very clever.

The sun was down, and the moon was full. Gun shots could be heard out in the distance. A man was running as fast as he could through the woods. Sweat covered his face and he was panting like a dog. Only a few yards behind him, a black wolf was running with incredible speed, closing the gap quickly. Every few times, the man would quickly turn around and fire his hunting rifle, but it would either be that he would miss, or that the wolf would dodge his shots. Exhausted, the man was running low on ammo and was on his last round. Gathering all of the courage he had left, the man quickly turned around again and fired his rifle. But before he could, he saw that the wolf had vanished. The man looked around for the wolf frantically. Suddenly, he felt an extremely sharp pain to the right side of his neck. The wolf sunk it's fangs into his neck, penetrating his juggalar vein, as blood sprayed everywhere.
"That was a good meal." Jaida said as he turned into his human form. He stood up tall and tilted his head to the right, cracking it. He turned his head to the left and saw members of his pack walking out of the bushes. They were all in their human forms. "I sence that there may be a vampire near by." He spoke to them. "Lets head out."
They all transformed into their wolf forms and began running through the woods, with incredible speed.

Kaiga lets out a crazed laugh, as he stands over an injured Lycan. "Heheheh.... Whats the matter little dog? Cat got your tongue?" The Lycan was going to answer, but kaiga wasn't interested. With one quick shot from a gun, and the Lycan was no longer of this world. Kaiga tosses the revolver aside, laughing. It had been his fiftey-seven kill that day. he had an average of fifty a day, hence his unusual nickname from the vampires, "Silverbullet Kai". He liked it. It meant he was a threat to both Lycans and Vampires, and thats just how he wanted it. He didn't actually care about the war. If the Lycans won, big deal. If they wound up killing each other, it still wouldn't matter. all that mattered to him was being known or feared by Lycans and Vampires. For a vampire, he was considered to be feral, by Lycan standards, he was a hyper, but by his own standards, the only people with any sense were Lycans.

"Hello. What would you like, sir?" Asked a young waitress at a Diner. Yazami walked through the door when she spoke to him. He looked at her and replied. "I'm not here to eat. I'm looking for somebody." His voice was cold and his eyes made the woman get chills up her spine.
"Who?" She asked. Yazami reached into his back pocket and pulled out a photo of a middle aged man. "I'm looking for this man. His name is Tsume Mei. I've been given a tip that the man might be here."
The woman starred at the picture and squinted her eyes at it.
"I don't know anybody of that name," She began. "But I do know someone who looks just like him." She pointed over to a man who sat alone at a table across the room. "He's some guy who comes to this diner atleast 5 times a day." The woman concluded.
Yazami looked at the man and reached into his back pocket. "Thanks." He said as he quickly pulled out a .44 Magnum handgun and opened fire on the man.
As if the man already knew what was about to happen, he quickly dived from his seat, he pulled out 2 handguns as he did a 180 degree turn and began firing back at at Yazami.
Thinking quickly, Yazami tossed a table over to the side and sheilded himself with it, while other people in the diner were all being shot down. The gun fight lasted several minutes until everyone in the room either ran off, or was dead. The man soon laughed out loud. "Ha ha ha! Did you silly little Lycan actually believe that you could kill me?" He roared.

"Damn vampire b*****d." Yazami spoked to himself as he reloaded his clip slowly. He looked around the bar and saw that the whole place was wrecked becuase of the gun fire. 'Oh well', he thought. It wasn't like he cared for the humans.
"Talk all you want." Yazami said back to the vampire, calmly. "But by the end of the day, you'll be just another dead vampire."
"Oh yea?" The man asked. "Come and show me."
Yazami had no time to play around. Transforming into a white wolf, Yazami quickly jumped out from hiding and rushed towards the vampire. With great speed, Yazami dashed through the diner, dodging the gunshots as if they were nothing. When he came to range, Yazami jumped up and slashed the vampire's throat with his claw, making him bleed uncontrollably before he dropped dead.
After the death of the vampire, Yazami transformed back into his human form and stood up. He then reached into his back pocket, pulled out a little black journal, and opened up to a page that had lots of writings in it. They were all names. Some scratched out with pens while others weren't. Yazami pulled out a pen and spoke. "Tsume Mei..." Yazami spoke to himself, looking inside of the journal. "... Eliminated." He concluded as he scratched the name out of the notebook and calmly walked out of the diner which was practically destroyed.

Soon the town was in shambles. what had started as a simple fight had turned into full blown war. Kaiga walks straight down the street. to his left and right, vampire and lycans alike lie dying in the streets. each time he passed one with a chance of living, he would fire off a shot directly into their skulls, even if they were vampire. "weak. if a simple fight like this is really going to hurt someone so badly, then they wouldn't be of any use in the real battlefield. he laughed at what he said, while blowing another hole in a vampires head, before tossing his gun aside, and pulling out another.
