Tsu had searched now.. Many towns around the mountain that was in his view so many days ago.. The harsh ness of the land didn't cut him any slack.. But he was sure that he'd find that ONE stone. Soon.. He hoped. He talked with many villagers... Packs. All in all he now had learned to have a sash with him. A small little thing an Indian Ulaya gave to him in the pack where they had these.. furred houses in a triangular shape.

He took it upon himself to follow stories.. upon stories.. And follow them in to and out of the mountains, collecting various sorts of stones that 'could' possibly be it.. But he found the more the other packs lead him to believe. The more he grained in his pouch and then some other pack telling him its the wrong one. This- had went on for weeks upon months now.. And Tsu, though patient was growing impatient by the minute.

The more he went on the more stones he had.. and the more he felt far far away from his 'goal' .. the mission. He couldn't turn back.. until he had it. Get back to her and he felt that part of him slip away. Then he overheard a hunting pride say of a Hoard God.. One who knows about almost every material in the lands... Tsu's ears perked.. And once they said.. where he was.. Tsu went out to look. Maybe he could find it .. He went up towards the mountains.. and finally found the 'cave' in which they said.

Not afraid.. he stayed in the linger of the moon 's light.. His tail flipping and his bag almost strong enough to be rocks inside.... WHat... was he expecting..

Victon rested upon his stone perch, enjoying the cool mountain breeze and listening to the calls of a close by eagle. He often lay in his solid cave and watched the days go by, protecting his possession which had been sprawled out upon the cavern floor. Miscellaneous objects that he had collected over the years, things that were some important to him and others that simply caught his eyes and he brought back to examine more. He had a nack for recognizing rare and mystical items and kept a simple plan in his head where the more difficult ones were to retrieve. Sometimes setting out to collect these items for himself, he usually took his time going out on these quests for they were long and traitorous letting him assured that most wanderers and treasure hunters wouldn't bother their time and risk their lives getting them.

Raising his nose to the air he took in a deep breath and released it with a slow sigh. The scent of rain was filling the sky and tickled the god's nose with it's pleasant aroma, relaxing the male further. Placing his paw over the other one he raised his chin with a proud posture and felt the breeze on his face. With a smile upon his maw he opened his eyes to see the rain coming towards him but his vision was distracted with a black silhouette in the distance. Snorting with the sudden intrusion on his amazing scenery he raised himself up on his feet and walked to the edge of the cave's floor. Leaning over a steep cliff side he squinted his eyes to get a better look and possibly see what was moving towards him.

Shaking his head when he realized it was a peg legged old Ulaya he turned his ears back and retreated into his cave, he didn't want any company around his precious treasures let alone one that would come out this far with only three legs. Shaking his mane the god placed his rump on the cold rock ground and remained irritated with the idea of someone coming towards him. The sound of the rains grew ever closer before it started to fall down hard on the cave's entrance, splashing up little water droplets on the dry bedding he had placed himself. Victon was sure of himself that the oncoming Ulaya would turn around because of the rains but when he realized the male was still pressing on he fluffed his mane once again and waited for the intruder to come upon him.

The male pushed on with little to no harsh looks what so ever. Though, the pain in his legs were starting to ail him so but he kept right on pushing on. Half believing a god would live around here- or not. Ah, the goddess of dreams. She was flying about the high lands too so now- it eased him much more..

The sight of a brown figure with long hair was in the mist- but then disappeared. "Was that-" He asked to himself and he pushed on forward, the sack of jewelry thick with trinkets and jewels that sparkled and only seemed to be 'rare ' to find- since he was looking for that ONE stone. He thought the God here could help him....Many rumors were pasted through Ulayas and now to him. That this God had every trinket that could be found in the face of the earth- and hopefully that was true..just that ONE stone. He would do just about anything to get it with his determination.

As he came closer the wind picked up and he almost felt the paws under him in the air- almost. He pushed down hardy and started bounding off- running through the snowy waves- towards that cave and the figure. The sack that he had full of stones and other shiny objects..That others THOUGHT was the stone. But in his heart they werent.. Though pretty and all. He would find it. He finally got up to the cave... His muscles ached and the wind picked up again pushing him a bit but- But he went head first- shaking and pushing in to the outside of the cave. "HELLOOOOOOO~~~!!!!" He Cuued inside the cave- to over power the wind's noisemaker. "HELLLOOO~" Though the wind was hard- and almost pushing him down. He had no way he was gunna pull out now. He stayed put and the cold started ailing even his bones..

Victon remained silent, positioned just behind his pile of artifacts. Perched up with his back hunched and his head down low he remained silent and still with his tail wrapped around him, waiting for the visitor to go away. Trying to keep attention from himself he was willing to remain motionless for hours to even a day or two just to keep from people knowing where he was. He didn't like how so many people bothered him just to attempt and steal some of his items or even con him out of giving them to him. Being as he was extremely skilled in cunning he always saw it coming and chased every visitor from his cave the moment they spotted him.

The cool breeze brushed in the cave as he watched the old Ulaya's brittle body enter into the unknown darkness. Why did this visitor come and why was he so persistent on finding someone, or something. He couldn't be a collector for those always showed off their trinkets in a fashion of some sort. Then his eyes landed on the pouch at the peg legged Ulaya's side. Intrigued with this he continued to watch with curiosity. If he was indeed there for any of his items he would have to defend his cave but if he only had spare change in the bag then the Ulaya would shurley leave shortly, not bothering his peace.

“I came here Ulaya of the Mountains!” He exclaimed and shook his head a bit. “I have traveled far!...” The wind blew up against his face, his whiskers feeling the cold and pushing down at his face.. Feeling as if icicles were burning his skin fur off. ‘This isn’t working… This isn’t working’ He repeated again and again in his mind. “I came to give you an offering!” He finally spouted out- and in that, his front paws gave way, the wooden leg of his could only stand without moving for so long, the stump of his leg where the peg started felt as if it were not there anymore, the cold even slipping under and between the gap of skin and peg. Falling forward- he trembled. His whole body- this was one of the toughest journeys he ad ever faced. From walking long distances, to not stopping- to the beach, then drowning, searching for many stones- and end up them not being that ONE.

Kirara’s form appeared in front of him.. Was he.. really following an empty dream. He kept watching her.. and mumbled.. “I don’t know if Im.. a loss cause. But I still want to try.” He said with a soft smile, she had kids after all. A good mother, she probley had someone for all he knew. But… he didn’t care. He wanted to make her happy and that thought was the only thing.. a smile. That smile she gave him last.. Was empty yet filled with a burning sadness- which conveyed to Tsu himself.
She disappeared now.. from his mind.. as he trembled- he started putting himself together. Aching, muscles. Bones shivering.. Head hurting from the cold yet burning he felt.. His heart was slowing down… slowly… The cold compressed his think thoughts..

“Im looking for it… I’ll trade my all. For it…” He said loud enough for the wind to carry it into the cave.. He pulled himself up and stood yet again.. His legs weren’t stable. But he stood. Strongly.. and looked on. “Please.” He pleaded.

Victon continued to watch the suffering old Ulaya with his ears back and a high head, looking down upon the shuttering being. He wondered if his offerings would be worth his effort and time or not, but without seeing them it would just be turning up a chance to find new objects. Snorting with the wind he shook his head and held his body firm. "I don't want the likes of you around me, why do you come and bother me in this weather? You must leave me alone!" His voice was stern and straight to the point. He had made up his mind that the items he had on him were far more important then anything this peg legged Ulaya could bring to him, let alone the other's life. In his eyes all other beings are only out to get his stuff, they never some in search for anything but and this just pissed him off well.

"Take your things and be gone with you, I wish not to be bothered with minuscule trades." He snorted again and fluffed up his mane, allowing the chilling breeze from the entrance to brush past him without even a shiver. His paw rested firmly on a golden trinket laying at his feet, one he had quested long and hard to get and, although, this other Ulaya's efforts seemed just as highly as his own for something he still didn't want him around. Nothing of his was worth loosing to a pitiful trade and he knew it, there wasn't anything this Ulaya could bring him that would part him from what he already has.

"Treasures that you couldn't even imagen. These treasures- I have traveled long and hard, and found them to be fitting and quested by most. I beg you to reconsider. At least let me give you then- these of good will. " He bowed his head down a bit- knowing that not all Gods and Goddesses were kindly. They were more- versatile. Some needed to be treated differently and this is what he will prove.

"Though. I won't leave till you receive me!" He spouted out- bellowing from the inner most of his chest. "Here I hold- Sapphires, pearls, Moon Drops, and many more jewels that only seekers may find of the blessings of gods! Would You pass up the chance!" He thought this well. One of this God's stature.. one that collected even the tiniest of things. He had heard many of rumors.. and to out wit the whitted.. He would be lucky.. a grim chance it felt like. Even standing was aching. Could he manage to take on a God? He thought this plan was about to crumble and fail. He had almost nothing left to give.. Many of the sediments he had collected.. were of high value to trade to other packs for goods.. But he. Though nothing of them. Only ONE mattered.. and that ONE was the one he couldn't find- not even in the bitter mountains. Nothing could stop him from trying... even having put his life in the paws of a God- one to be reckon with. Even looking at Victon one could tell that this God wasn't to be taken lightly.

His mind blew in the thoughts of Kirara. He always had her in mind. She was his all- and for some reason he couldn't figure it out quickly.. He just thought of her.. And let her words guide him on this quest.. and now to be faced with the tria of a God.. What paw could forsake his travels.

Victon snorted again and shook his head at the other Ulaya, standing in his cave's entrance. He wanted nothing more but to rid himself of the persistent Ulaya without giving up anything of his. Stepping forward he revealed himself slowly into the light emanating from the entrance way, a tall stern body with a rogue mane and horns to match his power now towered over Tsu. Holding his head high again he looked down at the quivering Ulaya stumbling on the floor and let out a low growl, flicking his tail with the rumble. "Why must you bother me with your pitiful items?" His voice was like a roll of thunder, low and intimidating with his words. "You think I don't have these items already? I have collected far and wide for items that are hidden in places you will only find in your nightmares. Why do you bother me with your pitiful offerings?" He wanted to know what the other Ulaya was after, what item was so important to him that he would risk his life to a god of his power to grasp it for himself.

Tsu wasn't about to leave. He'd risk it all. "I can't leave til I find the stone to heal a heart!" He bellowed - letting his voice echo around him. "I can't... I need that stone. God.. .. please. I pled to you- I may not go til I have that stone! I'd trade it all!.... Im at the mercy of you." He said finally... Looking up at the large male. God. Yes- it wasn't a joke now. "Id give anything." He said seriously- and strength in his voice.

"Life is but a mere tool. That stone I need for purpose." His eye strikes the other's. His muscles were now numb to him. The cold had risen from its cold front; and Tsu stepped forward a couple of steps- still cautiously away. "Your my last solution. Dear one." He stood and waited for judgment. Did he really have no chance in getting this stone? Kirara.. What should I do... Stop? Then I can't ever face you. He thought to himself... He swirled with the memories of what happened til he got here. Too many stones .. too many who miss led him.

"Will you still not reconsider." Hopeful.. maybe. Just maybe. All the jewels he had in his possessions chimed as he whirled the sack over his head and threw it over in to the cave- landing in right directly in front of the cave inches form the god himself. Showing that he was serious.

Victon eyed the bag with an emotionless gaze before lowering his head with a slight laugh that slowly faded away into the sound of howling winds in the background. "How would you expect to make a trip such as that? The stone is only accessable to the gods themselves and for good reason too. A journey that has taken the lives of many before they have even started their hike, you would only slow me down." He stepped towards the weak but strong hearted Ulaya and turned an ear back. "Give it up old man, the clensing stone is far too difficult for an Ulaya if your statue to even dream of." The breeze flowed into the cavern's entrance, pushing up the god's mane and causing a cool chill down Victon's spine.

Turning back into the cave he began collecting wood into a stone pit to make a fire. He relaxed next to the peaceful flames almost every night when the winter frost started to kick in. After he got the fire going and steady he headed back to the entrance and looked down at the Ulaya who appeared as though all his dreams had been shattered. Pawing at the tired male he helped him into the cave and placed him by a silk woven pillow the god had pulled from the pile behind him. Taking his own place by the fire he sat on the hard ground and continued to feed the flames. "The stone resides in it's original resting place even to this day. There are reasons why nobody has made it to collecting the magnificent treasure. Reasons that not any Ulaya would understand. It's not worth risking your life over, not even I have tried for it and I am more than willing to get the greatest items at and cost." He really was concirned for the Ulaya, although his appearance was intimidating he wasn't evil hearted in the end.

"...." He got quite for the adventure was still long way then. "I won't... stop." He shook his head... And when the other came back leading him in to the cave..

"I will risk my life for it and will walk to the end of the world to find it. I wouldn't care as long as I can give it to someone who is in desperate need of it. For that I will die for." He nodded softly and leaned his tired ol' body in to the pillow. Yesh.. this was much better than the standing cold.. When he laid down though- he tipped and fell over. Groaning a little from the cold that surged pain through his limbs.

"I thank you though~ God." He bowed his head again when he composed the pain in his body. The warmth brought over his body-..... now was healing him slowly- and passing through already hardships to get to this stone- he wouldn't stop now just because it was unreachable for a normal Ulaya. In his mind- anything can be achieved with determination and dedication.

"Though I don't want to homestay~ Its an honor too great for me.. also a large task such as that-" He said rasply.. raw with the hint of his age giving~ "Then I have to continue." His face was serious- yet still stoic and mellow... Humble one could call him..

"Your generosity is appreciated though... " His eye began to blurr a little and his body shook a bit.. twas the pain again and felt it arising~ had he pushed too hard to get here? Maybe it was the fall he got.. when he encountered the Goddess of Dreams. Thinking of it now~ that had been it. The back of his head a little light.. "Oh dear~" Came out before his front paws stumbled against each other- he wasn't even walking! But he was about to get up before he stumbled! A rumble and then the cold down his spine. "Heh.. I guess My body isn't what it used to be." He gave off a weak chuckle. "Tis fine though~ I got the blessings of a goddess.. I shall keep going til my venture is fulfilled." A smile softly came to the edges of his maw. "I shall be on my way then-" He slowly got up- then only a few seconds before his legs gave way and he was back to laying down.

Slamming his chin against his wooden peg. "Errr---~" He closed his eyes tight to endure it.

The god watched as the Ulaya struggled to stand, wondering why he would leave the warmth that was given to him. "Don't strain yourself, even if you left the weather would kill you off. I don't want to find you frozen on my doorstep." He gestured towards the fire and looked back at the Ulaya. "Enjoy the heat for it might be the last you'll see in a long time in a mountainside like this." He stood up and walked behind the mound of treasures that were glistening with the flame. Shimmering flickers danced off the gems and gold causing reflections to dance on the cave walls. A few moments later Victon came back around with a snow hare in his maw. Dropping it down in front of the tired and down ridden Ulaya he took his place by the fire and began eating one of his own. He always kept his food in collection, much like everything else, for he knew how hard it was to hunt in the mountains.

After a little while of silence with nothing but the sounds of chewing and crunching bones from their food the god shook his head, flaring out his mane. Placing one paw over another he watched his company for a few minutes before looking into the flames. "So what is this stone so important to you? I mean, I woudn't imagine anything being worth your own life over but then again I am immortal."

Hospitality.. He hadn't gotten much of that- he rather give it then receive. When the snow hare was put in front of him. His stomach howled and it let himself~ get the better of him. Letting his teeth rip in to the flesh. Bones he could hear from both sides....

silence. Taring of flesh.. Then words. Then.. he looked up at the God. Licking his fur of his maw from the excess blood.

"Important?...." He thought.. and only SHE came in to his mind- repeatedly.

"I met... an ulaya. Heart torn and the netherless of doubt and life had gotten to her.. and now she is closed up like a flower would in winter." His voice and words were colorful and quite descriptive. A wise sort of tone. "A kind one.. that her life has been stolen away from sadness and the loss of two of her children.. and even more from what I understand. For her right to tell me.. I shall protect it." He nodded.. and even if she was a stranger of sorts.. he felt like he could stay beside her...

and felt the need to help her. "To want her to smile~ and find that she can depend on another.. and not let her thought of thus species go down with the rest of what happened." He looked to the God.

"The fact is- she trusted in me.. and wanted this stone.. even if it was merely in her dreams.. And I've went through Sea- Ground- and air to retrieve it for her." His eye swirling with that look. Hidden within was love for this female.. a deep love that he could not explain~ neither did he know it. She for him~ was his Goddess.. even if the Gods have not set her to be.. She gave him reason.

"All paths... have twists and turns.. and sometimes are fortunate enough to have the bright light that may lead the way.." His paw came up to his maw, moving it lightly across before he looked down. "My humble gratitude is extended to you God- for taking me in on this day~ in which I have hopefully not intruded upon you with my troubles." He looked down to his legs now ~ the ones that didn't want to work for the moment- and let themselves be frosted over with the fire's warmth.

Blood from his dinner dripped from his maw, the god listened to the old man's words, wisdom and experience apparent with each breath. As the cat Ulaya paced the talk, taking his time between bites and resting as needed. Victon just let the cave fall silent for a while before standing up and tossing the leftovers of his dinner into a corner of the cavern. "C'mon, you should get some sleep. It seems the cold weather and chilling rock floor has drained you of any energy that might be necessary to get out of here." He walked over to his pile of treasures and tugged a velvet cloth blanket from the bottom, sending gold trinkets and gems to crash to the ground. Placing the soft throw on the old man he took his own place in the back of the cave and rested his head for a long night's slumber. In the morning he would reveal to the tattered cat that the journey they will go on is most likely to end his days on the earth, even with the god's help. But for some reason he knew that it wouldn't stop the peg legged Ulaya from trying, even just a little. Closing his eyes with a smile of true love he flicked his tail as he dozed off into a dream land of memories.

Sunlight glimmered throuh the cave's entrance, casting warmth upon the hard ground. Morning birds flocking about to gather the morning's breakfast echoed on the walls, awaking the maned god from his sleep. Releasing a lazy yawn he raised his rump in the air and stretched his legs, his tail whipping the tired out of his muscles. Shaking his head with another yawn, Victon slowly stepped out into the sunlight with nothing more on his mind but to possibly see a faded away Ulaya on his doorstep. But to his surpirse the pirate had lasted the night and was fairly rested enough to begin the journey, after a hearty breakfast of course. Trying his hardest to not awaken the cat, Victon stepped out into the fresh air and made his way down the rock cliff outside his door in search for a meal worthy of a long journey ahead.

If only, If ONLY he knew. Maybe he would have pushed even further.. but this seemed the end of the line.. and once the God put the cloth over him... His eyes slit.. lowering his head.. so drowzy from all of the journey thus far- and to have it all rushed back. "Thank you...." He let his voice become a murmur as he watched blurr- of the god sweep by him.. leaving in to the deepest of the caves where the light could not reach..

He watched.. until his body finally slept.

Morning fell over him.. and his body still had felt a lot better- but still.. He was caught in the warp of a dream. Kirara... 'whats your name~' She only smiled.. and fire flew from her paws, and her tails.. He watched her dancing away from him.. he watched. 'Save me a place' She only said with that smile she had lost... he just watched and heard her words.. a place.. a place where? where?!

He kept watching her.. 'save a place.. '

' i want.... to make you smile....' His eye went low and sadness crept over him.. extending his paws and finally running after her.. his peg leg stomping but the closer he got- the more she moved away so swiftly.. and slowly.. she even started off of the ground..
'wait noooo! come back!' He yelled out.. but then he was in that empty darkness.. where only the scorched ground from her fire was left...

His body in the outside world was fidgeting and shaking as the dream became cold..

Then a lashing of fire came out of no where, red- fire. Then huge fangs- the hissing and growl before he woke up in a cold sweat. His chest puffing air in and out like it was knocked out of him. He looked about just as quickly.. and he had forgotten where he was. Why he was here.. thats why he should have not slept! He should have kept going!!

He looked around desperately... he remembered the girl.. in his dream, but thats about it. That was scary though.. "Where.... am i.." His voice was soft.. and roughed a bit from the empty thought. Looking about- ears flexing in every direction.. 'hm.' ..... So many things.. he examined everything.. So many things.. trinkets.. he laid there staring.. looking around and about.. looking as if lost to the world and was just rushed back in to it..
though~ something could trigger a small memory.. he wouldnt admitting to forgeting~ because .. he would lose all recollection of what happened. Bits a pieces and sometimes putting things together.
