Post saying who you are, your rank and which village you are currently apart of.

The state the reason why you want to become one with your reasons and intensions.

Then a Vice Captain or above(Most likely me) will decide if you will be or not.

Hidden Sand Village ~ Sunagakure no sato
Hidden Mist Village ~ Kirigakure no sato
Hidden Sound Village ~ Otogakure No Sato
Hidden Rain Village ~ Amegakure no sato

Bambi, I would think the akatsuki would want all their spots filled in.

I could make a profile as the Mizukage.

My reasons are that I'm active, I have a lot of ideas that I could use to improve the village, and I'm a decent rper, at least to my standards XD

I don't know if you're actually trying to keep it Naruto-ish or make this completely different, but technically speaking, if you're attempting to make it more like Naruto's world, Rei-Dono-Sama would be the Kage of Amegakura no Sato.
