A friend of mine went to miami to see his grilfriend that was working for her summer vacations. When he went to the airport in miami to go to NY to make the conection to Chile the women in charge of the baggages start to tighten the bigger baggage he got. When he saw this he says "don't make it so tight or it's going to blow".
The women heard this and she call security and they took him away because the woman thought that he was carring a BOMB!!!!.
This happens the march 20 and since then he is in a correctional without his freedome.
Here, the news in chile says that he make a joke and that trigger the zero tolerance policy of the airport.
I don't know if you heard this on the news but if you have, can you send me the url of the news, please.
I want your opinion about this. what do you think?

i agree that there should be a zero tolerance on bomb threats, but the punishment here is way over the top. A fine or warning would have sufficed.
Nothing has been on the news here about it sad

yesterday was his 2 week in jail... (I don't think it's a correctional like I said in the first post)
the april 10 it's his (I don't know what the name of it) date with the judge to see if they go to tried.

Did the gardener sexually harass someone though? I can understand if they pulled him from the school while they were investigating, you cant have people sexually harassing children while you're trying to decide what to do, but with the bomb thing its a tad crazy. You arrest the person, get the bonb squad in, charge the person with wasting police time and making a bomb threat or what ever, fine them and move on.

I can understand if they pulled him from the school while they were investigating, you cant have people sexually harassing children while you're trying to decide what to do, but with the bomb thing its a tad crazy. You arrest the person, get the bonb squad in, charge the person with wasting police time and making a bomb threat or what ever, fine them and move on. Hehe, no, she meant a Kindergarten age child was charged with sexual harassment. If it's the case I'm thinking of, it was a five/six year old boy who kissed another five/six year old girl. rolleyes

Apparently, the little girl's parents. He was either suspended or expelled from school for it. Sexual harassment suits have become completely ridiculous over here. These days, a person can get sued for telling the wrong person that they look nice today. xp
