Falcon's eye was fixed to the eye of the telescope; she was watching the interesting developements between her unisus avidly.
Ryyn's foals were getting bigger by the day; and the boisterous male had truly become a fantastic father and possibly one of the happiest unisus Falcon watched. He was constantly on the go; always playing with his two girls and one boy, or comforting them when he fell. He encouraged his girls to fly; and spent the time they were away with the boy, who's horn would soon show.
Krisk and Failin had started spending a lot of time together; although Falcon wasn't sure that it was anything more than the warm spring weather and hormones. Nailah and Xia'Liin were doing similar; although the flighty female unisus seemed to get tired of his attentions quickly.
Falcon had last seen Kaali searching, as ever; presumably for Koochie. Then he had cantered full-tilt towards a small, wicked-looking forest; and Falcon had lost sight of him when he had dropped into a small glade. Falcon hoped he had found her.
And Kahn- one of the more interesting ones. He had found a beautiful female playmate, who seemed intent on seducing her.
Watching from such a distance, seeing so many of her unisus developing such close bonds with others... Falcon felt happy for them, but so alone at the same time.

DJ walked into the office and noticing another person fully engrossed in a telescope, she moved to a spare one, setting two journals beside her and peered through them, looking out for her two unicorn charges.
She had slowly been watching them moving towards each other from opposing sides of Unisus Valley, having never met, she wondered what would happen once they did.
Having spotted Misae taking a drink during a break on this journey, she started sweeping the Valley for any sight of Midnight Dancer

Falcon noticed the other person come in, although it was mostly at the back of her mind. The elf never really communicated with anyone else- well, she'd talked with Ichigo a little, but their unisus had mostly brought them together. The elf was bad at communication, so chose not to do it.
Still, given that she was in the office so often, she knew the faces of most of the people who also frequented it. She wasn't sure, but she thought the female who was now sat next to her owned the office.
Still. That wasn't enough for Falcon to try to make conversation- she wasn't sure if anything was.

DemeterJade Fianlly she found him, following the river downstream, it would be a matter of days before they met and she looked forward to reading their entries when they did. Would they know that they were being watched by the same person? Looking up from her telescope, she looked at the elf next to her and smiled to herself. Getting up and going to her bag, she pulled out a pack of biscuits and after opening them, moved to set them between the telescopes. "Feel free to help yourself if you get the munchies, I know I usually forget to eat while watching."

Falcon's ears tilted back and down; her ruby eyes peered around her telescope for a moment before returning.
"Thanks", she said, shortly; but made no move to touch the biscuits. It was... nice of the human to offer; but the dry snacks held no nutritional value and did nothing for the elf taste-wise. Besides, Falcon could go a lot longer than humans between meals; in fact, everything about her survival ran slower, from heartbeat to aging. She had eaten this morning; to eat again today would be greed.
She turned her telescope back to Nailah and Xai'Liin. The female was slipping through a small group of trees and settled down, grazing, on the other side. Nailah lay himself down, facing the direction she had gone in; his head on his front hooves.

DemeterJade Her eyes narrowed at the short answer. Obviously this was the one she had heard about that wasn't sociable. Why did she have to be in the office the day she came in? Mentally shrugging, she turned back to peering through the telescope, watching the progress of her unicorns

Falcon scanned the area Kaali had disappeared in; wondering what was going on with him. She moved the focus in a little closer, sharpening her view; there was... Something. The top of one of the trees were shaking slightly, as if something were hitting it over and over...
Falcon leaned in closer; her ears forward as if seeking out the sounds from the valley, her entire body tense. She didn't notice that her breath caught and held as she focused the telescope in closer.
It looked like Kaali had found Koochie- but why wasn't she moving from that spot? There was too much foliage to see properly- but why would any unisus be in that area, anyway?

DemeterJade DJ noticed the sudden tension in the room,she looked over at the elf and observed her watching. Tilting her head slightly she watched her for long moments unsure of whether to make comment or not. Deciding against it, she moved as quietly as she could, gathering up her journals and moving to sit at a table to write up her notes, always keeping an ear and an eye on the curious elf-girl

Falcon's ears swivelled to track the girl's movements; but her attention was still firmly on what she was watching. She zoomed in as far as she could; and tried to work it out... From her movements, was the pegasus stuck in some way...?
If she is, Kaali will get her out. A slight wrinkle between her brows, and the way her ears tilted forward, were the only signs of Falcon's concern as she sat back slightly. There was nothing to be done from here, anyway.

DemeterJade DJ didn't like the look on her face, something seemed to be wrong and if it was serious, it was something that maybe the other watchers should know about it. She stood again and moved closer to her before speaking. "Forgive me for intruding, but is something wrong?"

Falcon was surprised the human approached her; but it didin't show beyond her ears perking up.
"It's difficult to tell. There's a unisus- watched by the neko girl- who is a companion of my Kaali. She's been missing for a little while- and I think he's found her, in a rather unpleasant-looking area. She's alive, but appears... Trapped." Falcon shrugged. "There's nothing can be done from here anyway." She turned from the girl and looked back through the telescope, zooming it out and scanning the area for Kaali.

DemeterJade "You're talking about Ichigo? I know her.. There's no other unisi around to help out? I just wish we had a way to get there." Dj was frustrated with their inability to get to Unisi Valley and she almost never let it show, but a unisus in distress made her feel that pain the most.

Falcon blinked; hadn't she just said that Kaali had found her? She re-iterated anyway.
"Kaali was looking for her, and I believe he has found her. I'm sure he will help her."

DemeterJade Completely deadpan, she replied without letting any emotion into her voice, "Sure he's there to help her, but what if one pegasus isnt enough? You haven't said how trapped she is or how difficult it would be to get her out of her troubles. It is natural to assume that a rescue attempt would take more than just one hero." At this, she turned back to her journals and her writings.

Humans exasperated Falcon so much! For one thing, they couldn't know the outcome; for another, they could do nothing from here. What was the point in allowing something you couldn't control affect your emotions?
"There's nothing we can do from here. She has help; and there's no pegasus better at getting others out of physical difficulties." With her words, Falcon turned her back on the other girl- who was already doing her own thing- and trained her telescope on Zakilaihn. Interestingly, the demonic teen was close to the area where Koochie was trapped; although probably not close enough to help out.
This was why she never spoke to the humans in the office...
