Congradulations! You have reached the pinnacle of trainerdom. The final challanges await you.
Each champion from each specific game lives in a remote location (well, not all of them LIVE there, but you get the idea) where you must overcome tough challenges to even reach them. To win here is to obtain true mastery, and the genuine right to call yourself a Pokemon Master!
Yellow's location is reminiscent of the older games, and the place where the highest level pokemon were found.

The room where the champion awaits lies at the end of a deep dungeon, the name of which is often unknown. The entrance is a familiar one- behind Cerulean City.
After traversing the dangerous, and impassable-without-pokemon dungeon, you arrive at a long staircase leading up.
Legends have told of the Champion who wears the title of Yellow, the one who defeated Team Rocket, and brought Giovanni to his redemption, returning him to his Earth Gym as he belonged. Yellow started with a pikachu, her beloved companion now walks free of a pokeball, and she has retired him from her active team in favor of friendship. With her faithful Charrizard, Blastoise, and Venusaur, she has taken also Onix, Jolteon, and Alakazam through her challanges, like all good Champions, she raised hers from babies. Her capture of the legendary Mewtwo is also well known, and it is believed she is the only trainer to successfuly befriend Mew.
The stairs you walk go up for a very long time, easily a mile and more in legnth, to emerge at a plateau in the side of a mountain, overlooking the entirety of Kanto. A small house is built into the side of the mountain, with a door to the plateau in plain sight. As you begin to cross the plateau, the door opens, and the trainer known only as Yellow emerges.
"Well done, you have come a long way to reach me, while you are here, would you like to rest yourself and your pokemon for a while? It would hardly be fair for me to ask you to battle me now, after the joruney through the mountain. When you have all recovered, we will battle in view of all of Kanto to see who is better."
