I really want a super dollfie and now i have enough money to buy one im going on a goth clothing shopping trip to london in a few days time. should i buy a super dollfie and dress like a normal person (which would kill me) or shall i buy the clothes anyway and not a super dollfie (which would break my heart T.T)
I'd buy either one of the sweet memory MSD from dollmore or a volks or the standard muse doll (she is so pretty!!)
also i have the option of selling all my manga which would also probably give me enough money for a super dollfie but i love my manga lots as well i know i have very exspensive hobbys and intrests (why me crying ) what would you do?

Honestly?
It really depends on what is your priority. We could say anything to you, but we can`t really convince you to "buy the doll", as in the end, the decision is up to you as you`re investing the money, not us. Your heart may already be subconciously set on buying the doll, and forgetting clothes, or vice versa.
I love my clothes. I love my clothes lots. Then last November, all the clothes from the brands I loved looked ugly, and their to-be next collection wasn`t promising either. It was then I decided on going for a doll. How many years did it take for me to finally go for one? 7years.
In the end? I was pretty content. This is probably because mine was a FCS from Volks, and the face I chose would have not been available when I first wanted one. But you have to know that this is in my case.
Kill or break your heart. Either way, you`re up to choosing which is going to satisfy you more.
If you love dolls, and would prefer on buying a doll because if you don`t have it oh my god I will have a heart attack, what you also have to remember is that once you buy a doll, there`s more investment you will have to do for it.
Or if you are willing to take time, save a doll fund separately from your clothes fund. It will take a while, but it`s something you may want to consider.
Sometimes, you have to face the world and choose for yourself. You can`t have everything you want (unless you happen to be a millionare with money to spare) and sacrifices have to be made.

believe it or not, you have the rest of your life to be earning money and buying things so i wouldn't worry too much about dying or having your heart broken. But as to the actuall issue f what to buy, I have a pretty good system of prioritizing that which i hope will help (examples provided for anyone who would like to stalk me or whatever) 1) needs: in my case gas money and credit card bills 2) "event" money, for things in a place you can't easily go to so you won't miss out on anything (my april disney trip) 3) entertaining items, because a nintendo wii can entertain you while you wait to save up for whatver else. (dolls can go here if you sew or take lotsa photos) 4) everything else yeah, i'm a bit ocd about moneys. side note: i wouldn't sell your manga, one doesn't usually make a significant amount of cash so it's only worth it if you wanna get rid of them

None of the dolls you want are limiteds except for the ones from Dollmore. You can pretty much get them whenever so you can get your clothes now and get a bjd later. Think about what you really want more. Clothes or a bjd? I used to have tons of expensive hobbies that involves collecting but I had to give it all up because in the end I realized that bjd's were what I truly wanted. There's no way I'd be able to afford and support all of my collecting hobbies. Sometimes you have to make sacrifices and in your situation, you pretty much have to if you want both your clothes and a doll. You can't have everything you want.
Honestly, I think you should sell your manga. I used to collect them and now when I look back at it, they're kinda of useless... They only yellow within time and it's not like they're out of print either so they really don't hold any collectors value. Unless yours are some out of print or collectors edition, I don't see a point of keeping it. I see tons of people selling manga for much cheaper then what it used to cost. They normally retail at $10 USD per book and you can get them 2nd hand in like brand new condition at half the cost.
