Dunno about being "the best." Definitely one of my top favorite bands though. Hell, Queensrÿche I don't think can classify as "the best," though they are my most favoritest band ever. I don't think any one band can be "the best." Queensrÿche is awesome with chord-synchronization and harmonies, and Geoff Tate's voice is amazing, but for instance, they are not the fastest musicians ever, which is another quality some might consider "the best."
