Corporal James Mattew Taylor 005, stood in the doorway, his assault rifle poised high, ready to be fired upon the next thing that came down the long, sloping hallway. He, along with the many marines who had survived the Pillar of Autumns' crash into the "ring world", had come with Master Chief Petty Officer John 177, the Master Chief, to Halo. Both were aboard the Truth and Reconciliation, a Covenant ship. "Chill out, man," called Sergeat Major Johnson, as he searched through the Covenant supply room. "Yes, sir!" replied the Spartan. As the higher up came across a crate, filled to the brim with the small, yet deadly blue spheres that were so often used by the covenant. "Well well well, what have we here?" Johnson inquired to himself aloud, "Come check this out." As the Spartan obeyed his command, Johnson spoke again, though still focussing on the crate. "I found the weapons cache," he said, with a small chuckle. "Plasma Grenades, eh?" said James, raising an eyebrow beneath his helmet, "That makes this job a whole lot more fun." The two decided to split the crate 70-30, Johnson taking the lesser share of the grenades. Table of Contents:

Story Spartan 005 was never included in the story of the battle on the first Halo, because nobody ever includes that one person who covers everyones' back. Why should they? After all, it's not like that person could become anything like the main character, could they? All Spartan 005 did was be the first into every battle field, and the last one out, fighting always. He only blew a hole the size of a football feild in the side of a Covenant Battle Cruiser that was coming to drop off reinforcements. No, Spartan 005 never amounted to anything but being a great sniper, fearless soldier, and crazed demolition expert, why should he be given credit for his accomplishments, when someone like the Master Chief was around to take it, even if he didn't mean to? Let's face it, Spartan 005 was at least as great as the Master Chief, even though the two never interacted or so much as came within sight of eachother. Spartan 005, or James, as his friends called him, was a legend, just like Spartan 117. However, as the Chief continued to add to his own legend, Spartan 005's ended earlier than it should have, and not many people know why. Just as Johnson suffered side affects from throwing every single Plasma Grenade that was in his share of the crate, so too did Spartan 005, both good and bad. Like Johnson, the radiation from the Plasma Grenades messed his nervous system up a bit, thus making it impossible for the Flood's Infection Forms to take over his body. However, having the majority of the explosive blue balls, Spartan 005's brain also suffered damage, leaving him a complete idiot, who only had small bursts of genious left in his head. This is the story of his life after the events of Halo. It takes place during those of Halo 3. Spiffy Title

Rules 1.) The usual, no god-modding, or auto-hitting. 2.) No cybering, just no. 3.) This is mainly a comical RP, meaning that, no matter how serious your character may be, something they do should contribute to the funny stuff, unless there's some sort of battle where one of the characters died and everyone's all angry. 4.) PM me your profiles if you want to be a made up character. 5.) If you wish to be a pre-made character, PM me about that as well. 6.) Follow the Gaia T.O.S. 7.) Must be at least Semi-Lit 8.) List of Pre-made Characters:Gaian Name: Lord Tai Character's Name: James Matthews Taylor Personality: He used to be a very serious guy who only smiled when he found something to blow up, beat down, or just shoot the crap out of, but now he finds many normal or just plain dumb things to be funny, and is very challenged mentally when confronted with everyday problems. Age: 40 (same as all Spartans) Gender: Male Class: Spartan Spartan #: 005 Rank: Corporal Preferred Weapons: Sniper Rifles, Shotguns, and anything that explodes Specialty: Sniping, Demolition, and close-quarters-combat Appearance: Spartan 005Unfortunately for James, he wasn't around when the other Spartans got their Mark VI armor upgrades, so he's fighting his battles with the old Mark V version. He kept the classic green color of the armor, having no way to change it even if he wanted to. Biography: (Will be revealed as the story moves along) _____________________ Gaian Name: Lord Tai Character's Name: Charlemagne Personality: Being about as aggressive as James used to be, Charlemagne got the nickname "Charles the Hammer", for fighting like a demon. His bite is definitely worse than his bark, but both are unpleasant, to say the least. He is also very hot-headed, and quick to anger. Age: 27 Gender: Male Class: O.D.S.T. (Orbital Drop Shock Trooper) Rank: Captain Preferred Weapon(s): Gravity Hammers, Energy Swords, and good old fashioned brass-knuckles. Specialty: Hand-to-hand combat Appearance: CharlemagneCharlemagne is covered with scars of all sorts. From shrapnel, to “Spiker” shots, to the all too common plasma burns, the remains of old wounds cover his body. Although most of these are well covered by the typical black O.D.S.T. armor, many times he refuses to wear the helmet piece, leaving his head exposed, and his facial scars visible. He has sandy blonde hair, forwardly spiked at all times, and red eyes from ocular implants, as he was intended to be a sniper. Biography: Not much is known about Charlemagne except that he is like Spartan 005's very own Johnson. Because of his anger issues, an unfortunate Brute Chieftain was beaten to death with its own Gravity Hammer for insulting him (the poor thing actually thought it had captured him). After staining nearby walls with the Brute's brains, and hideously maiming several others, he got the nickname, "Charles the Hammer". _____________________ Gaian Name: ((Open)) Character's Name: "Blarg Blarg" Personality: Nobody can understand what he says, so nothing about his personallity can be determined. Age: Unknown Gender: Male Class: Elite Rank: Gold Elite Preferred Weapon(s): Energy Swords, Plasma Rifles, and Plasma Grenades Specialty: Unknown Appearance: Blarg BlargBiography: "Blarg Blarg", as Spartan 05 calls him, followed the O.D.S.T., Charlemagne back from one of his missions. Due to the cloaking ability of the Elite's armor, Charlemagne thought that his motion tracker was malfunctioning, because it kept picking up Blarg Blarg's movements, and he couldn't see anything whenever he turned around to see what was there. Age: 40 Gender: M Class: Spartan Spartan #: 042 Rank: unknown Preferred Weapon(s): Jackhammer Rocket Launcher, Grenades, Gravity Hammer Specialty: Heavy Weapons, Melee Appearance: RexThe classically green colored Mark VI armor has a small slash mark in the left shoulder. Biography: Rex is a friend of Spartan 5. He has known him for a long time, even before he went AWOL (They used to blow things up together). He carries a Sniper Rifle scope at all times, which he attaches to Jackhammers to launch rockets (and sometimes plasma grenades) long distances. His rage comes unexpectedly just before a battle, and no one knows why he becomes so angry all of a sudden. This has earned him the nickname "Mr. Furious" after a character in a 20th century movie who had much the same disposition. ________________________________________ Spiffy Title
