Nestled near the mountains is a huge stone coliseum long since forgotten by man. Here in this old arena is the stage for the meeting between the Gods. What will their servants choose to do? Heck if I know that’s for you guys to decide. Personally I’m all for a huge war that will require the help of all the other DM’s to manage. But what actually happens is up to the players. It’s your event.
On one side of the arena floats the giant serpent god Ra and on the other side the cute Pixie god Shiva. In from of them are large stone thrones for their representatives.
This is the time to choose if you want to. You can talk to the recruiters but they really don’t know much about the gods.
OK, a little bit on how this is going to work for now. Since we have neutral people. Three way fight, join whatever side you want. When you post your stats be sure to say whose side you are one.
The reward for taking part will be 1 CP, to be considered having taken part you have to have attacked someone on an opposing side. If more than one person attacks a person who would have died from one attack that round then the person who posts first gets the kill.
If at any time there is only one side left the event will end.
Servants of Ra and Shiva get their titles for the event and start with them fully charged.
(oh my god I am so in heaven right now, I have a bag of jack links teriyaki beef steak nuggets, which I love but almost never buy because they are so expensive and some Korean 2% peach water, which is not really that expensive but tastes so freaking good.)
Titles Servant of Ra: (c 20) if a servant of Ra is hit with special damage they gain 1 charge for every 3 points of damage dealt. Max one use a turn; use an amount of charges to reduce an opponent’s HP by the amount of charges used.
Servant of Shiva: (c 20) if a servant of Shiva is hit with magic damage they gain 1 charge for every 3 points of damage dealt. Max one use a turn; use an amount of charges to reduce an opponent’s HP by the amount of charges used.
Note: In the description it says “reduce an opponent’s life” but does not say “deal damage”. This does not count as dealing damage, so effects like vindictive, perfect defense and Nosferatu do not work but effects that are a result of lowered life and not damage (like phoenix and status undead) do.
Representative of Shiva: Perrian (c 20/20) Representative of Ra: Nuku (c 20/20)
Current sides
Shiva Perrian Di Maigo
Versus Fury Djanni Bellamin
Ra Nukunuku Lazarus?

Lazarus strolled into the middle of the arena, looking from Ra to Shiva. Even though Shiva was a diminutive pixie god, it still dwarfed him by far. And Ra devour Lazarus if it inhaled too deeply. But Gods were nothing without their worshipers. He cried to the sky, both dieties in sight, "What do you offer your worshipers!?! Why should one seek to follow your ways!?"

Both gods look at you for a moment confused stare .
Shiva: You’re asking a god what’s in it for you? Ra: You want to strike him down or should I? twisted

He looks at both Gods, barely fazed. "Yes, why should someone worship either of you? Gods only hold their power because of their worshipers. Without people to praise your name, you lose hold on this world, and with it, you lose power here. You're both in controll here, because Shiva, you have Perrian, and Ra, you have Nukunuku. But you wouldn't be putting on this light-show if you didn't both need more worshipers. So I ask again, what would one gain from pledging their lives to either of you?"
Laz sighs heavilly, and rests aginst his quarterstaff. So much has taken it's toll on him lately. He needed actual rest.

Shiva (Note: she is the size of a small pixie) says: “well you get a sense of comradely and friendship from your fellow believers, along with the ability to unite under a single goal giving the group a sense of purpose itself. You get to look up and respect something greater while still maintaining your independence and freedom. You display loyalty and commitment to a cause and in return you have the backing of a god.”
Ra: “right…….what she said.” confused

*Djanni considers, standing between both gods, her expression shaded by her lowered brow. Finally, she speaks, in soft but firm tones.*
"Most noble gods, I address you. You are of great power, that is obvious. Your shining charisma radiates like twin suns, and of your beauty there is no equal. What honors and glory might be gained in serving you I cannot imagine. And yet, I must refuse your illustrious offer."
"You come here, bringing your dispute, your conflict. Your trample our fields, lay waste to our lands with your battle. You recruit our young men and women to shed their blood in YOUR war. You call yourselves our gods, yet you must retreat to the safety of your own realms to replenish yourselves. Gods you may be, but you are not the gods of this realm, or else the earth itself would nurish you and your power would be such that you would not need mortal flesh to fuel your battles."
"When the true gods of Eroth see what you are doing, you will be in serious trouble. I stand here, for today the voice of Eroth, the voice of the earth, for you cannot hear its cries. I speak for the trees and grass that would be poisoned by your bloodshed. You say to me, "join my cause, give me your loyalty, serve me!" I say to you, you do not be long here. Go back from whence you came!"

Perrian shook his head in response to Lazarus's comment as he walked by him. He wanted to slap Lazarus on the back of the head, but he decided to not slap him yet. He walked over to Shiva. "Hello Shiva. How are you doing?" He said to Shiva.

Shiva looks to Perrian, “Good day my most faithful helper. I am doing ok for the moment, but things are not looking good. I have a task I may wish to request your assistance with, but unfortunately there are ones here who wish to make us leave. I hate to ask this of you but please do what you can to stop them. If you need help I will lend you my strength.” She flutters around in front of Perrian’s face as she says this.
Ra: “Servants, destroy the infidels!” Looking around he notices that he has no servants at the moment. “OK, hold that thought.”

((>.> This is kind of a de-buff for people that are neutral... And I thought you'd have some kind of CTF, or a King of The Hill style game.
Anyways, why not something for use neutrals like: 'Disbelief' (c.10/10) Every time a neutral player is hit with normal damage, they gain 1 charge for every 3 points of damage dealt. Max one use a turn; use an amount of charges to increase yours or a party-member's life by the amount of charges used.))

Lazarus looks to the pixie god Shiva, and smiles. "Had you told me you bestowed that power on your followers, then I would have joined you to begin with." Lazarus bows low to Shiva, kneeling at the low point. "I appologise for my ignorance and insolence. If you will have this mage, I will pledge myself to you."
(Do I get to use the spell I got in "Here there be Dragons?")
