Davi came out of the women's locker room, wearing a long tee-shirt. She pulled it up and over her head, revealing the light pink single-piece she had one underneath. Davi gave Katai a look.
"I will beat you, you know. And then you'll have to pay me fifty marks."
She made a show of taking a ponder pose.
"Hm. Now what should I buy with fifty marks? Maybe a new video game."

Aubry, who was in the darkest corner, was watching everybody get ready for a race. she wondered if anybody would be able to beat the water sprite, but she doubted it. she could probably, if she tried, but considering she didn't even have a swimsuit, it was out of the question.

Davi spotted Aubry hiding out in the corner by sheer accident. She smiled at her.
"Hey. Why don't you swim with us, Aubry?"

Katia followed Davi out of the locker room. Her suit matched her personality well. It was a blue two peice. It would contrast the grewy of her skin when she went in the water. "I wont let you win," she said.

Davi laughed and can opener'd into the water. She pushed herself back up above the water smoothly, wiping her hair back out of her face.
"Let me win? M'dear, you're going to be asking for me to stop swimming circles around you!"

Katia made a movement with her hands and some water splashed Davi in the face. "Only after I let the water around you thaw," with that, several of the water droplets on Davis skin began to freeze.

Davi stuck her tongue out at Katia.
"Cheater. You wouldn't want it said that you won only because I couldn't move, would you?"
She turned to Aubry.
"Ah, come on! Katia here, she needs someone to race against!"
The lightie tried to turn her charm factor up a little.
"It's be fuuunnn."

Aubry muttered about not having a swim suit and not wanting to intrude. she shuffled uncomfortably. why won't they just get a move on with the race? she thought to herself.

Davi ran an appraising eye over Aubry.
"I've got a spare suit; it should fit you. And besides, I'm inviting you to join us. It wouldn't be intruding. Would it, Katia?"
She gave Katia a look, begging her not to say otherwise.

Aubry didn't have anything to say. her mouth was open as she tried to think of something to say, but nothing came to mind.
"um... uh, if it wouldn't be too much of a hassle." she managed to mutter.

Davi smiled.
"No, no, not at all! It's in lock 3265, and the combination is 42-10-20. The blue suit."
She turned to Katia, a small frown on her face.
"I thought he left right after me? What's taking him so long?"

Aubry went into the locker room so she didn't seem rude, and got the two piece deep blue swim suit. she put her black hair up in a sporty pony tail and looked at herself in the mirror. it looked good on her, even she had to admit that. the two piece made her muscles show, which made her look athletic and strong. she walked back out reluctantly and smiled shyly.
"thanks..." she said.
