It seemed so fast, he was no longer as small as he was before. Now he was bigger, he seemed to be able to fly properly, although he still preferred doing stunts in the air, than to fly straight like others. Borrrrinnnggg.
The seraph did a twirl in the air before landing on a tree branch, peering down from his perch. When he was a kit, he would have smashed into the trunk of the tree. He kinda missed those days however.

Below that tree, though, was another Seraph - and this one was still a kit. At the moment, the little one was looking up at the tree and frowning, tiny wings fluttering about a bit.
It didn't seem as if his parents were around anywhere, but he didn't really look worried about this, or anything.
More... determined and curious. He wanted to get up high... to either climb the tree or fly up, but so far attempts at flying hadn't gone much of anywhere. But when he saw the older Seraph land up there, he bounced a little and let out a series of wordless squeaks, putting paws on the trunk of the tree.

Of course, it wasn't long until Valdaglerion spotted the other little kit. His mouth formed a little 'o' of surprise. Didn't Amakhi say their kind was rare? Especially to have a family? And yet, here was a kit! It must be egg season, he thought wryly. Trel's house seemed to have many eggs popping up as well.
Grinning, he floated off the branch, and flew down to the kit, not before doing a few loop-de-loops on the way down. He wasn't exactly showing off, he just thought that flying should be fun. "Hey!" He smiled at the purple male, flipping upside down in the air to peer at the seraph. "Whatcha doing out here?"

Alameth blinked rapidly at the other Seraph's aerial acrobatics, bouncing up and down a bit as he longed to join the other in the air.
In fact, without even answering the question, he leapt up and fluttered his own wings around, trying to fly too... but just ended up getting various wings tangled somehow and flopping back over onto the grass.
Upon which, he made a frustrated little sound and wriggled back to his feet. "Wan' fly too!" he chirped at the older male.

Valadglerion laughed, amused. He could remember when his own wings got tangled up and grinned wistfullt at the memory.
"Flying is fun!" The seraph nodded, setting his paws down on the grass. "It isn't really easy to learn at first though. The crucial thing is getting all three pairs of wings not mixed up." He laughed.

Alameth listened intently to the older male, nodding at his words. "Important!" he chirped, repeating the word in a manner that was supposed to assure the other that he understood.
He thought for a minute or two, and then reared back on his hind legs for a minute to thump a small paw against his chest fur. "Alameth!" he said, just before losing his balance and falling over again ... oops.

"Yupyup, important. Don't worry if it takes long though. I did." He grinned rather sheepishly. "And broke a lot of stuff~" He seemed to be rather pleased with himself at that.
Alameth. He nodded his half blue, half pink head at that. "I'm Val-da-glare-ree-non." He said slowly, pronouncing his name carefully. It was rather long after all, and he got all tongue tied when learning it. "But you can call me Valda. Just not Val, cause it sounds like a girl's name." He wasn't resentful at his parents for that though. He did like his name. It sounded proper and cool.

Alameth scrambled back up to his feet - attempting to flip wings back into place. After a couple of minutes he managed to at least get them to stop sticking out all at odd angles. Then he grinned and bobbed his head with a little acknowledging sort of a chirp.
"Valda, not Val," he echoed, showing that he understood, though there wasn't much more to it than that. He was still very young, after all.

The older seraphim watched the kit, hovering around to see if the kit needed help, if necessary. He want to offer a paw yet though; Alameth had to learn this by himself. Unless, of course, his wings got tangled up into a knot of some kind.
He nodded, grinning at both Alameth's success and the kit's understanding. "Now you've untangled them, you just have to learn to control all three pairs and keep them out of each other's way. A good way to learn this is to try to fly with only one pair of wings at a time."
