crying I wanted to know everyones opinion on who you all think is the strongest to the least strongest sailor scouts amongst the inners, outers and stars =D

2. Sailor Saturn (only because she has that attack that can kill)

4. Sailor Uranus
5. Sailor Star Healer
6. Sailor Neptune
7. Sailor Star Maker
8. Sailor Pluto
9. Sailor Jupitor
10. Sailor Mars
11. Sailor Venus
