Hmmm... We have the worst peice of sheet music at the moment, "Chant Rituals".And it doesn't help that I have the 1st flute part *sighs* I love my flute and all,and I love playing really high notes, but this peice goes WWWWWWAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY high up,it's really hard to play, and it has weird rhythems, and it doesn't help the band director conducts WAY fast. It's impossible....mostly. So I wondered*light bulb appears over head* "What's ur least favorite peice of sheet music?"

Fanfare by Hugo Montengro. It's an easy song to play but the piccolo part is soooo boring. All I do is sit there and wait...and wait....and wait...play for a few measures, then wait again. I hate it.

Ugh I hate when that happens. And then when the flutes or piccolo DOES get to play, then the trumpets overpower you,I hate that I can never hardly hear us(us being the flutes).

Lets put it this way, at least you don't play the Contra Clarinet and your school has a lack of music for it. I play Tuba, Bari sax., and sometimes even Baritone parts and almost all the time they are quarter notes of eight notes with rest. It can be really annoying!
Bty, try Emblem of Unity it is basically circus music and the parts are terrible.

Well...we have a band here called All-County, simiilar to regional or wutever u have where u live, but we played the worst song ever. It is called Echoes by Samuel Hazo. the tempo was Q=60, so it was mega slow. But then it got faster......Q=70 lol It was long and SLOW it took liek 6 minutes and it was about 80 measures long lol it was also like a song you would play at a funeral or something

Cappricio Italien(sp?)....I just have an irrational hatred of that piece. Well, its not that irrational 'cause there are some horriable rhythms in it. Not hard, just horriable. Urgh.

It's called Comedian's Gallop, forgot the composer. It's fast and fun, but really boring. I say my one of my favortie sheet music is Tchaikovsky's Greatest Hits.

We had to play this really boring grade two for FBA District Festival called "Baroque Reflections" and I absolutely DESPISED IT. We has to play short and sweet, but if we were too short, our BD would yell, but then if we played too long, our BD would yell. And the saxes could NEVER get it right. And the flutes overpowered everyone, and there was this part in the middle where the F. Horns only played... like... four measures out of the whole movement. It was HORRID.

I hate OH, HANUKKAH!!!! (Even though all the stuff i've played so far is easy since most of the class are beginners including me, but it's easier now.) 80% of the song is A (natural) and it gets so annoying and boring after 30 seconds!!!!!!
