When I'm stressed, I get really mad and violent. Well, tonight I punched a metal door. Hard. I think I might need help confused

Well help is a possibility, and it might not be your fault. There are many control and anger disabilities which require medication. There really isn't much I can tell you. This is a psychological thing and it's something only you can control. You just need to relax and try to look at the brighter side of things. Do things to relieve your stress by taking breaks and doing things you enjoy. Talk to your guidance counselor or a friend if something is really racking your mind. It's all up to you.

My friends are most of the reason I'm stressed out, and I would go outside, but unfortunately, It's slippery with mud...
Unfortunately, I'm once again feel like I might punch the door. Luckly, my hand healed unnaturally fast, since I had bruised it badly. I think maybe I should get a punching bag... neutral Maybe I'll ask for one for my birthday or raise some money... >.> Health wise I think I should...

I think you should get boxing gloves and maybe sign up for karate classes or boxing. wink Sublimate the anger, you know? You might become very good at fighting, and learn a few things as well.

As for the stress causing anger thing... I wouldn't know what else to do other than the above except to try de-stressing. Whenever you start to feel stressed, stop and do something you enjoy. Take a nap, eat some good food or get a massage. If you like going shopping, then go shopping. Just try relaxing to the best of your ability. Without further information, I'm afraid that's all the advice I can offer so far.

Well, I would be sword fighting with a plastic sword (I have been known for clumsiness with sharp objects) but unfortunately, I lost my sword, and it's muddy gonk

The thing that stresses me out the most is my "friend" she always gets mad at me for little things, like not having any money/ food she can have. Or forgetting stuff (forgetting prone here). Or if I fall outside she gets mad. sweatdrop She's the type of person that's a little (*cough*always*cough*) mad at you for something you didn't know you did/ didn't do.

Then theres school work itself. I tend to randomly fall asleep in class, sitting strait up or even standing ( xd ). So my teacher makes me teach myself, but I don't have a book (she lost it! She did!). So I'm never able to do/ understand my work. Even if I don't sleep in class. So that stresses me out.

Of course I have more. When I get home at 4pm, I have to do my school work, which takes awhile. then I have to do 3-7chores, and make dinner. Usually I get scolded by my mother for not getting chores done before she gets home. By the time I get done with everything, it's 11pm and I have to sleep. I wake up at 7am, take a shower, eat, exercise, brush my teeth and brush my hair. then at 820 am I leave for school. So basically I have very little time, and hardly get to do anything fun.

How is that even possible?

Er, anyway. You should consider getting a handheld video gaming system. Video Games are a great way to get rid of unwanted stress (Slaughtering masses with no penalties, Anyone?), and since you said you don't have much free time, a handheld console would be great, since they usually have games that let you just pick up and play them.

Like a Game boy advanced? I have one, but I lost all my games, well besides Hamtaro friends and random Pokemon games sweatdrop

As for the sleeping while standing/sitting; I dunno, but I get that from my dad, apparently... confused

Huh, cool.

Well, go out and get some more, if you can. If you can afford it, at some point, get a PSP, their games are usually more mature (A.K.A. violent. ^_^) And are a far better stress reliever, usually. Game Boy DS games are usually puzzle or strategy games, which would probably just cause you to become even more stressed out. sweatdrop

Hm....Well, I suppose you can either just get more games for your GBA, or save up. It's your choice, but I hope you can work through your stress. I know what's its like to have tons of pent-up stress and not have anyway to release it, and I'm really sorry that's it happened to you too.

Speaking from experience (I graduated highschool in 3 years and had to bust my behind to get there) I would try a martial art. I take aikido and have been for 7 years and it is great, I get to punch and kick and do strikes and I can to throw 200 lb people on a mat, as hard as I want and they don't get hurt. Plus it taught me how to handle my stress and how to handle myself in all aspects of life so I do not lose my cool. The game idea is also ok, so long as you do not get addicted because not having your "anti-stress" mechanism i.e. the game could cause even more mounting stress to your already full self. Don't let your friends get you down, half won't know you in ten years and the rest wouldn't stress you like that. Never stay friends with kids who drag you down or hurt you, even in a small way like stress/worry. Be with people who respect you and treat you as a friend and don't cause you to be stressed over them or their problems. Good luck chick!

I'm planning on taking Tae Kwon doe next year... If I go to an actual high school, not a church school >.>

Other than that, I tend to whack sticks with sticks repetitively... sweatdrop
