3 Any Member or crew can make a thread. Don't say that they can't. Anyone who is told they can't make a thread (the only exception is me or my crew members) should PM me directly and immediatly. The person who said it shall recieve a ban. Ther lenght of a ban will vary depending on what they said, how they said it, and how many times it was said.
