Personality: Hisaki is a very fun person who can get serious in a heart beat when it is needed. He loves being the prankster that he is and loves a good fight from time to time but watch out when he gets angry!

This here is Raikou, a lightning elemented Zanpack-tu that loves shocking people on it's own when sealed. The spirit that is Raikou is an energetic wolf.
Banki:
This is Kuro Raikou, in this form the lightning turns black and can get very deadly. In this form, Hisaki can control whether poisonous fumes come from the Zanpack-tu (in which Hisaki is immune to) and has the only antidote. The poison would kill within 2 hours and hurt a whole lot in between then.
Weapon: Has a Zanpack-tu!
Other power: He doesn't use any kido and doesn't have any other power.
Other: Hisaki is the youngest 1st division Capitan and would like to keep it that way.
