yozsi most just dont understand, this is why i dont have any friends. true... My one friend had a brace in her leg after getitng a surgery to straighten it. The people in our school where such jackasses to her. SO all her friends walked with her in the halls making sure people didn't hit her. IN the libray one day, people where just rushing, she didn't have her "body gaurds" with her [ I am one sometimes] Someone knocked into her making her fall. She was in alot of pain.... There was this one idiot who made rude comments about her.. I vowed that this year, if anyone said anything to her, then I would personally KICK THEIR ASSES. Some people just don't understand... Jackasses they are!

yozsi yea, hormone replacement didnt work on me before, my body just rejects the testosterone. aw that's too bad. is there anything else the doctors can do for you? as for people and disabilities...most people don't understand and are actually a triffle frightened of so-called disabled people. and most people don't like to be afraid so they tend to lash out. and that makes me sick. i mean honestly, if the only diffrence between you and i is a wheelchair or crutches or some sort of physical or mental disability then i really see very little difference between us at all. humans is humans is humans and the sooner we learn to look past the outside appearence of people and respect people for who they are the better off we will be as a race (that being the human race)!

yep, I know what you guys are experiencing. this one kid found out about my disability and he threatened to tell the whole school about it if I didn't give him the answers to the quiz we had just took. they also reject me, pity me, and call me names. my disability is called asperger's syndrome, or A.S. for short. it makes me have trouble socializing, making friends, paying attention in school, and dealing with my emotions. people with A.S. often have above average intelligence and extreme obsessions with certain objects. I also have to go speech therapy, occupational therapy, take modified tests for P.E., mark on the test instead of the scantron sheet, go to the nurse after lunch for my second dose of my medication, and go to my locker early. I also have an IEP. writing is also a challenge since I have a tremor too. and I can't really ride a regular bike or roller skates because of my lack of coordination. they treat me like I'm a dumb kid when I'm really an intelligent adult trapped in a 12 yr old's rather imperfect body. thank God my little group of friends! I also needed horseback riding therapy to strengthen my back.

We are just normal people with some "problems". We are perfectly able to have fun and to be fun around.
