You know the scene, where ninja A, remembers why he fights/Who he is/gets really angry and gets up and thrashes ninja B with an absolutely awesome comeback, and uses a super jutsu.
I can only explain it as this. Chakra is a reactive substance/existance, reacting upon drastic emotional changes. Emotion will act as an amplifier to chakra.
However, Chakra is only limited, maybe, a portion of it is used to create more stamina in order to convert into chakra. Maybe the sheer adrenaline is converted to chakra.
Whatever, it's basically going super sayian.
Chakra Rage will be implemented as such,
In a losing battle, the losing combatant may preform a CR jutsu, with my consent.
In a battle royal, a select few will be given the opportunity of using a CR jutsu. They will be picked randomly.
The Chakra Rage Jutsu has the ability to alter the environment to your advantage, so use an natural disaster as a source and catalyst.
