Some of this is generally relevant to the inclusion of hybrids in the series generally.
What do you think of them? Are they semi-divine? Do they see the future? The face of God?
As you might imagine, one particular hybrid line from razor has got me somewhat worried, especially in light of how season 3 ends.
But it can't be true right! Kara's special destiny can't be that! Afterall, it's hardly a great thing to name a punk band after.
So both generally, whats the deal with hybrids? and what do you think they have to do with prophecies.
Also, note the recurring history ofcylon/human "crossbreeding" of a sort and the resulting lunatics. Do you think Hera will grow up to be a distant vaguely creepy mindreader too?

I honestly don't have much of a theory regarding the Hybrids, although I think we're being led to believe that they do have divine insight. How and to what extent, I have no idea.

Invisible text due to season 4 spoiler:
The chief is a cylon. Cally as far as we're aware was ( crying ) human. That makes baby Nicky a hybrid. He's also a boy. Hera of course is a girl. Hybrids are the shape of things to come.
In razor we find out that the human race is due to end. (Kara Thrace will lead the human race to it's end.) this opens the door for the series to end Ragnarok style, everyone dies then our Lif and Lifthrasir like figures, Nicky/Hera restart a new human race of hybrids.

Cylon/Human children are different from the Hybrids that control the basestars.
