This is a somewhat awkward problem that us of this guild are currently facing. We all probably have idea for what it should be. Here we will discuss our opinion, thoughts, feeling, and any concerns regarding this.
Since I'm the first post, I'll tell you what I think:
I believe that this guild could be a multi-type roleplaying guild. Sure, maintaining this may be a little hard for us crew and helpful members, but we'll attract more people more than likely to this guild, and with it more people with the potential of keeping things enforced.
I bet you're wondering how we'll have this set up. I have an rough idea of it:
The subforums will be the different roleplays, while our main forums could be used for things like announcements and discussion, debates, etc. regarding our guild.
There's my metaphorical 'two cents' on the topic. I'd like to hear what you all think of this.

Personally I'm cool with anything, but if I had to seriously decide on what this guild should be on I would have to agree with you MGCorey, especially if we're trying to get it to appeal to more than one group of people. Having a different kind of roleplay in each subforum would give each type of person a different place to post. As for who would do what. The head people of course could look over everything, but then certain people could be assigned to certain subforums and it would be their duty to look over and keep that subforum organized. The head person of each subforum would keep track of profiles or something or however they want to run that subforum. This method would prevent just one person from being overworked, though if one subforum is a bit more popular than another than more people can be assigned to that subforum to help the person out. Heh, I hope that was what you were asking for.... ^^

i think its a good idea that that you have this role play guild as muli rps but then again ya it would be alot of work for you workers of the guild XD i know if i was working here i would not want to be working that hard to be checking what users are doing and if they are following the rules XD then again you could assing a group to get one kind of topics of rps like school rps and another group for another topic and so on and so on XD that work out?

Well, it appears that at leats some people agree with me. I'm glad about that. I'll have to have some more crew possibly to handle this.

From what I see this idea seems to be the best for publicity. More RP topics will attract more people from different groups. Plus it would add more depth to the guild and allow people to do more within it.

We'll probably need multiple topics on other things besides video games too. We could be an Anime/Gaming RP... although I think most RPs are anyway. sweatdrop

Can I ask why we're pushing for so many ideas from everyone right off the bat? I think we may need to tackle who will be looking over what first. Personally, I had an idea for the subforums and RPs. My idea is that every crew/ vice captain/ captain would have their own subforum, in which they would have their own RP threads, which they would be moderating and running as well.
The idea may need a little work, but it may work.

So in your plan we'd basically be a bunch of different Mini-RPs packed into one guild, and the Crew member overlooking it would run it?
It sounds nice... But I think it'd help to ask for help from others on RP topics.
In hindsight, maybe a poll wouldn't have been a bad idea for this topic? Maybe with options saying what type of RP a person wants and their post could specify.
EXAMPLE: POLL: What type of RP(s) do you want?
o Gaming
o Anime
o Original Plot
o Other
Just a thought.

I don't know, you might be right. Maybe we should discuss what kind of RPs us individual crew members will be looking over, and how many different subforums we'll need for this.
