Six pounds isn't a lot. I wouldn't worry much unless you just keep putting on weight. 125 is a very healthy weight for most women (exactly how healthy it is would depend on your height though). I am also about 125, and I am not overweight. In fact, it would be unhealthy for me to lose much weight.

You're also at an age where you can expect to put on weight. I gained about ten pounds when I was your age too. People just get bigger in their teens. Our breasts grow, our hips widen, we gain enough weight to be able to support a fetus, etc.

So rather than stressing over weight, just focus on being healthy. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables, drink plenty of water, keep playing tennis, take walks on warm days, etc.

I'm the same hieight and I've weighed about that much before and it's not that bad. Since you have medical issues thou you might want to keep an eye on things and try to maintain so it doesn't get out of hand. Pack as much physical activity in a day as you can. (stairs instead of the elevator, park far away so you have to walk more, etc,.) And manage your food. Eat healthy when you can and eat small healthy snacks throughout the day becasue it's better for your metabolism.

Yes, exactly what they said...I gained some weight too (I'm 16 now)
My mom was anorexic in high school and she taught me a lot about stuff like that...and pretty much how it applys to you is: it is unhealthy to do harsh diets in your teens ...common sense right...you're growing, you need the extra nutrients...I mean it's not ideal to do it when you're an adult either..but it's especially bad now...
So just eat healthy, exercise (and if you're worried about weight...just exercise more for toning...weight train etc., don't worry about the numbers on the scale) and either the lbs will slip off or they won't (which means youre body is just built like that and that is your healthy weight plus you can get toned and look thinner without losing weight because muscle weighs more than fat)

hope that helped
