Chloe
Species: Hippo-girl
Eye Color: Aqua
Physical Features: Thick gray skin that pinks on the softer parts of her skin, like around her eyes, lips and ears. Small hippo like snout, three fingers with a little tail. Her ears are also like a hippos. She had four larger teeth that are sharp and her mouth can open very wide. Also, she can hold her breath for four minutes under water.
Likes: To cook and help out around the Treehut. She also likes to swim a lot, almost more than she likes to cook.
Personality: Sassy some of the time, and sweet other times. She’s caring towards the hut kids and wants to make sure everyone eats well.
History: Chloe doesn’t know where she comes from, like the other hut kids. But after seeing how hard Ahji works to make things good to the other kids, she’s decided that she wanted to do more than build and gather plants. That’s what led her to want to be a cook. She learned what plants were eatable, along with how to prepare meals. She also tried out different ways of cooking. Anything that stuck her as a good idea, she would try. It didn’t always turn out to be a good idea.

Contained in this post is all the information you need to know in order to grow your child from one stage to the next. There are three main types of requirements.

Solo Entry » Any story or diary entry written by you alone. May be a story, or "Dear Diary" format. 400+ words.
Closed Roleplay » A roleplay between you and one or two other people, conducted privately. 1000+ words
Open Roleplay » A roleplay which is open for anyone to join, or a private roleplay involving four or more people. There is no length requirement for Open RPs, but you must personally write at least 500 words and post at least three times. (This is to prevent anyone from making a single post in an Open RP just to try and get growth credit.)


All growth requirements are flexible. If you prefer one type of roleplay over another, you can exchange requirements at the following rate:

Stage One » The Cabbage
Requirements » None! You get your cabbage when you join the shop.

Stage Two » The Baby
Requirements » 2 diary posts of any type (diary entry, solo story, or joint roleplay)
All children begin as cabbages, but roleplaying the cabbage stage is optional. At least one of your posts must be:

A » Caring for the cabbage plant,
B » Making the decision to adopt an infant, and/or
C » Introducing your primary guardian character(s)

Once you have reached Youth, you have a choice as to how to proceed.

Option One » Young Adult
Requirements » 2 Open RPs, 4 Closed RPs, 9 Solo Entries
With this option, your Youth art becomes your official Adult image. Your character is "officially" a twentysomething adult.

Option Two » Full Adult
Requirements » 8 Open RPs, 14 Closed RPs, 24 Solo Entries
With this option, you receive a new piece of official art for the Adult stage. This could indicate a final character age of 25+, meaning a character in their thirties, forties, or older is possible.
