I love seeing movies, I dunno about you guys.
Write reviews for movies you've recently seen. NO SPOILERS.
Drillbit Taylor I thought this was a funny movie, with slapstick as well as good old sarcastic humor. Owen Wilson was alright, but he tends to be stuck in these types of roles. The three kids were what made the movie for me; These three kids are being bullied by a senior during their first year of highschool, and they're getting tired of it. So, they hire Wilson, a 'budget bodyguard', as the movie poster describes. However, you get what you pay for, and this isn't what the kids are expecting. 3 stars out of 5. =)

Got dragged along to see "Horton Hears a Who!" yesterday. I wasn't expecting much, I mean, the last Dr. Seuss movie really, really sucked, but it was a lot better than I expected. You most likely know the plot by now, Horton is an elephant who tries to convince everyone in his jungle that there are tiny people called Whos living on a speck. I actually laughed out loud at some parts of the movie. Jim Carrey and Steve Carrell were great. Some of the best humor seemed a little...Pot-induced, for lack of a better word, for example, a little yellow puffball creature named Katie who smiles dementedly and then proceeds to float away...But anyway, it was a good movie, overall 3.5 out of 4 stars.

Lol, I didn't think it would be any good. I still don't think I'll see it, because I definately prefer Jim Carrey and Stevie IRL. I like the animation, but I heard they changed the plot to make it feature-length, and I hate how they do that. I hated the Grinch and The Cat In The Hat, so I don't think I'd like Horton.
