I'm pretty sure no one here has actually painted their town red, but especially on the DS version, your towns are costomized. So tell me, how costomized are your towns?
Gamecube: My town on here has lots of flowers and the trees are all in neat rows and my house is all in my own design (walls and floors).
Ds: I have a path of red and gold hearts for a walkway to my door. I have a huge garden surrounding my house, I have a mohawk on my charactor, I have made a t-shirt patter with KK's eye drawn on it in black, and the shirt is coloured pink. It's the doormat for the museam along with my saturday-night shirt.
So yea, tell me what you have done to sort of "decorate" your towns.

I've been making doormats for my townsfolk using patterns I modeled after other video games. I've also bordered their gardens with "bricks."
My main task right now (which is taking a while) is giving everyone (including myself) hybrid gardens. So far I'm the only one who has one (mine is all purple flowers), but I'm currently working on a pink one for Mitzi.

I'm working on covering all the brown ground in my town with flowers. It's slow going, but I think it will be neat when it's finished. I'm not much of a designer, so no cool shirts or door mats for me.

My town's named Ottawa (yeah after the city), so the flag is a maple leaf. I made up custom clothing designs so my player looks like Nami (One Piece) with her orange hair. My boyfriend has his character with blonde and made a Sanji outfit to go with her on his game.
I also designed a Straw Hat Pirate flag design that I've got laying in front of my door and in the background of my menu screen.

I made a sidewalk pattern that i found online and now ihave walkway area all around my town. I used to run all over my town, running over flowers (><;; ) but now with the walkway, i know i can run along it and not worry about killing any flowers 3nodding
I also made my town flag with my towns name on it (Fosters)

My Gc game is all video game related. I have Mario furniture The master sword A Sonic shirt, and a lot more. xD I am such a nerd its all video game related even animal island.
