Read my " more about Why I hate Michael Moore" . His "journalistic abilities" are wonderful. Quotes taken out of Context and implied accusations of Bush being in bed with Saudi Arabia. Saudia Arabia however greatly disagrees with much of American foreign policy. Making shadowy remarks about the Saudi Arabian ambassador being called " bandar Bush" but conveniently neglect to say how close Ambassador Bandar was to Clinton as well.
The Media :
The media is turning American people against our military and government by running nothing but depressing war stories. You are right we should never forget. I'm not saying play nothing but the good stuff, if that happened we'd all be blithering idiots. I mean play some stories about the Run Bush took with a handicapped soldier as he promised the young man in his hospital bed. Play the stories about the good things Bush has done. ANd I take offense to only one thing. I do not nor will I EVER blindly follow Bush. i tend to disagree with him very majorly on two things: Gay and Lesbian Rights, and Immigration.
If the Media were to EVENLY report both the good and the bad instead of focusing on the bad, and hateful, we would be much better off and realize that our president doesn't just screw up.
Which I will admit he does do. He's human.
WMDs: Bush was given reports that were based on intelligence gathered at the time. Due to our media reporting EVERYTHING having to do with our national policy on worldwide television, of course Saddam knew that's what Bush was after. They did not find WMDs but they found the materials to make them. I never said anything about Nuclear weapons.
The Economy: In case you haven't noticed we've had a national defecit for about twenty years now. It grows everyday because Millions of dollars creates alot of interest. yes Kerry had a plan to fix the economy, but what was it? Every time he was asked about it, he said merely a plan. No details, not even a vague outline ( Trust me on this one, i watched every debate i could find) Same for Social security and taxes. Also if YOU'LL notice, most of the time the current president is dealing with what the president before hand left him. Had Clinton dealt with the terrorist attacks of the early nineties ( Like the FIRST TIME the Towers were attacked) We wouldn't have to be going through this now. Therefore Bush Sr was fixing reagan's error's. Clinton was Riding Bush Sr's good vibes, Bush jr is having to fix 3 Dollar Bill's mistakes. Face it Clinton did nothing but get a hummer, and not the vehicle. At the beginning of Clinton's term Desert storm had just ended, about the same time the Economy was improving.
Cindy Sheehan: She's honoring her son by rallying anti-Bush sentiment? Her son joined the Army, of his own free will, unless of course I'm wrong and somebody was forcing him. I don't remember there being a draft. It's okay to want to know why, but at least be respectful about it. She's not IMO. I am sorry her mother had a stroke, and I genuinly hope everything works out for her and her family, but she needs to stop and think about how her son would feel if he had only been handicapped adn she still took these actions. Personally i would be ashamed to call her mother.
I never said anything about Kerry, but I will now: In an interview with Charles Cibson ( of Abc nightly news) Kerry was caught changing his opinions on subjects twice in teh same interview. Kerry was notorious about this, specifically, Saying he was pro-choice at one rally, then saying he was Pro-life at the next. While I would have hated if he were elected I still would have supported him. However I would NOT trust him. I also believe had kerry been elected i would be in the military right now. Why? because Kerry would have had the draft re-enstated, IMO.
Bush is not pissing away the lives of Soldiers. Were he to be pissign them away he wouldn't care for them at all. So look at this.
Justin's Best Friend
Attached is a picture of one of my best friends in the Army, Mike McNaughton. We were privates together in 1990-1994. He stepped on a landmine in Afghanistan Christmas 2002. President Bush came to visit the wounded in the hospital. He told Mike that when he could run a mile, that they would go on a run together.
True to his word, he called Mike every month or so to see how he was doing. Well, last week they went on the run, 1 mile with the president. Not something you'll see in the news, but seeing the president taking the time to say thank you to the wounded and to give hope to one of my best friends was one of the greatest/best things I have seen in my life. It almost sounds like a corny email chain letter, but God bless him.

Oil. I do not blame Bush for the prices of Oil rising, i blame Opec. They are the ones that regulate oil prices. Since they are a middle eastern company our trust busting laws do not affect them.
The War. I see the war as being won. Why Iraqi people, IRAQI WOMEN were given that most blessed and wonderful thing, and did that most wonderful thiing They VOTED. TODAY i was watching an interview with an Iraqi ambassador on CNN. He said the Iraqi constitution is nearing completion, and that it does not clash with either Democracy, or the muslim ideals. It is only being contested by Sunni Muslims, yet that problem should be taken care of soon. I STILL see America as winning the war because no Iraqi won't be just like America, but they will have a democracy. While we have not captured Bin Laden yet he is still being sought out. THAT is a FACT.
And no a single person CANNOT be held accountable for the down fall of a nation. He is the figure head of the nation, fed information by hundreds of people every day. He has to take care of the problems from the past while trying to keep from making too many for the next guy to fix.
