Still setting up. all i ask is you not post in here.
Want to let me know something feel free to pm me
They say mother earth is breathing With each wave that finds the shore Her soul rises in the evening For to open twilights door Her eyes are the stars in heaven Watching o'er us all the while And her heart it is in Ireland Deep within the Emerald Isle
We are forty against hundreds In someone else's bloody war We know not why were fighting Or what we're dying for They will storm us in the morning When the sunlight turns to sky Death is waiting for its dance now Fate has sentenced us to die
Ireland I am coming home I can see your rolling fields of green And fences made of stone I am reaching out won't you take my hand I'm coming home Ireland
Oh the captain he lay bleeding I can hear him calling me These men are yours now for the leading Show them to their destiny As I look up all around me I see the ragged tired and torn I tell them to make ready 'Cause we're not waiting for the morn
Ireland I am coming home I can see your rolling fields of green And fences made of stone I am reaching out won't you take my hand I'm coming home Ireland
Now the fog is deep and heavy As we forge the dark and fear We can hear their horses breathing As in silence we draw near There are no words to be spoken Just a look to say good-bye I draw a breath and night is broken As I scream our battle cry
Ireland I am coming home I can see your rolling fields of green And fences made of stone I am reaching out won't you take my hand I'm coming home Ireland Yes I am home Ireland
We were forty against hundreds

Her Story (Editing not psychic has split personality)
Born with a plain black body and light tanned skin Aurora was like any normal young taur. But the elder soon noticed that she would start talking to random objects or thin air. At first he thought it was because she was alone and there were no other children the same age. But soon she began asking questions about event he hadn't heard of since he was little and none of the others knew about. It was only then he realised she had a connection with the spirit world.
So packing her things she left with the elder to go on the trek to take his place. Deep into the forest and up the rocky mountain terrain they climbed higher and higher. They stopped only once on the way up for a little food and water. Then that started the climb again.
Many moons passed as the elder taught her the history's he had been taught as a lad. About the stars and the heavens. "I would very much like to visit heaven. it sounds lovely." Aurora said one night after listening to the elders tales. "Be careful child for what you wish here might come true." he warned "but if i am to send the souls there i would like to know where they are going." she sighed "Enough now. time to sleep" and with that they turned in.
Aurora awoke to a bright light outside her tent it was early to be the sun and the fire was on the other side. Throwing open the hide cover at the end of her tent she looked out. Leaving the elders tent was a young looking taur. The glow was coming from him. "are you ready Aurora?" he asked holding out his hand. "For what?" she asked nervously "To see heaven. I wanted to grant you wish before i left" It was then she realised the young taur in front of her was the village elder. Taking his hand she felt herself whisked through the air into the light. The things she saw were more then she had imagined but it was over all to quickly. "It is time to go young one. you can no longer stay. you have been away from earth to long" and with that she felt herself falling.
Opening her eyes slowly she wondered if it had all been a dream but something was different. The tent above her was ripped and pieces were blowing in the wind. Her once soft blankets were nothing more then small faded rags around her. Picking up all the cloth she could she tied them around her waist and stepped out into the open air. As she looked around the camp site it looked deserted. all the wood she had placed beside the fire pit was gone as was the fire pit it self. Slowly she walked forward to a small stream to get a drink of water. She jumped slightly as she saw herself. She was older. her short red hair was now a vibrant mane. her pink skin was now a strange blue hue. but the biggest shock was her pure black pelt now sported a vivid rainbow of colours that seemed to change as you looked at them. A golden moon and star shined brightly on her rump as if to tell the world where she had been. Gathering what she could she mad her way down the mountain track to her village. As she neared she heard shouting and was surprised when two larger taurs ran towards her. "Who are you stranger? how is it you come from the mountain?" the larger one asked holding a spear ready. "Who am i? Who are you? I was born in this village. but i don't remember you at all. My name is Aurora." she answered folding her arms looking at both of them. The two taur looked at each other. "That is impossible we were born her and we have never seen you before. Also all the the Village know the mountain is holy land. none go there." the smaller one answered back. "That is not true. i only left 2 months ago with the elder. now i have come home. now let me through. i am the daughter of Swiftfoot and Lalain of the branch Gallant. not let my through." Both paled and stepped back looking at one another. "Wait here." one said running off in the direction of the village.
She tapped her hoof a little annoyed that she couldn't even enter her own home. ~Much has changed little one.~ came a friendly voice she hadn't heard in a long time. "I know Morgain. You only have to look at me to know that." she said talking to her childhood spirit friend. "All i want to do is go and curl up in my bed and have some of mom's home cooking." "who are you talking to?" the guard taur asked having watched he talk to what looked like a tree. "My spirit friend." he looked at her strangely. "What/s your name any way? you know mine it's only fair" she continued as she felt Morgain move away. "I'm Raspter. Son of Splender of threebow and Spats of trophen." he said puffing out his chest. "no. you cant be. I've only been gone two months. Splender was only a baby when i left." Aurora's face went white. "this isn't true" Pushing past Raspter she darted into the town. Every one stopped and watched as she ran past them all to the hut in the middle of the town. "SOME ONE STOP HER" she heard shouting from behind her. Pausing for a second she darted to what had once been her home. Two larger taurs ran to block her path but she skidded down between them and darted into the hut.
It was dark in the hut with only one small opening in the ceiling. in the far corner sat a taur in the dark. they were humming softly and didn't even notice her presence. "Hello Who are you. where is my mother?" Aurora asked moving slowly across the floor. Her clothes lay all about the floor as well as some of her old things from when she was little. "There are no mothers here only an old shell of a woman who has lost a daughter." came the reply the voice was croaky and strained. "I'll ask you to leave or i will take your chances of children away like so many others." Aurora didn't know what to say and turned to leave. eyes cast down she noticed a small doll on the floor. bending down she picked it up and moved into the light. "oh my poor little Chesta. your sun dress is dirty and torn." brushing the dirt from the doll. the sound of movement made her turn her head. The other taur had moved to face her a look of shock on her face. "How do you know the name? Only two people knew that name." "I named her after a battle that happened far away from here." Aurora replied looking at the doll in her hand. "then my mom made the sun dress for her. but i ripped it the first time i played with her. I was so scared she'd tell me off i hid her in the celling."
The older taur moved slowly towards her tears ran down her face "Aurora? is it you Aurora?" "Yes my name is Aurora. Who are you?" the old taur stumbled slightly at the words. "My name is Lalain of the branch Gallant. But you called me mom once." At the look on her face Lalain continued. "Aurora you have been gone for 30years." Aurora though back she had only been in heaven for a few minutes but 30 years had passed on earth. Slumping to the ground she hugged her mother and they both cried.

The water lapped gently across the sand as dark hooves dipped into the water. Humming gently to her self she walked down the beach letting the music fill her.
"They say mother earth is breathing With each wave that finds the shore Her soul rises in the evening For to open twilights door Her eyes are the stars in heaven Watching o'er us all the while And her heart it is in Ireland Deep within the Emerald Isle"
Looking out over the water she didn't know where the words were coming from but she felt the need to sing the rest. Starting into a run her hooves spread the spray as her hooves fell in time with music only she could here
"We are forty against hundreds In someone else's bloody war We know not why were fighting Or what we're dying for They will storm us in the morning When the sunlight turns to sky Death is waiting for its dance now Fate has sentenced us to die"
Turning from the waves she ran through the trees. not caring for bushes she crashed her way through being led by the music. Not slowing she leapt over the small gorge music pounding in her ears.
"Ireland I am coming home I can see your rolling fields of green And fences made of stone I am reaching out won't you take my hand I'm coming home Ireland "
She stopped panting slightly but still the music pulled at her to continue now she had started
"Oh the captain he lay bleeding I can hear him calling me These men are yours now for the leading Show them to their destiny As I look up all around me I see the ragged tired and torn I tell them to make ready 'Cause we're not waiting for the morn"
Starting running again she let the music flow through her as she left the forrest and went into the rocky footings off her mountain home.
"Ireland I am coming home I can see your rolling fields of green And fences made of stone I am reaching out won't you take my hand I'm coming home Ireland"
Climbing higher with no problem or slowing she leapt from one footing to another. Hight and higher she went and the music started to slow so did she .
"Now the fog is deep and heavy As we forge the dark and fear We can hear their horses breathing As in silence we draw near There are no words to be spoken Just a look to say good-bye I draw a breath and night is broken As I scream our battle cry"
With one final leap she landed on the out cropping of rock jutting out over the edge. Below was nothing but air and far below the crashing of waves on the jagged rocks.
"Ireland I am coming home I can see your rolling fields of green And fences made of stone I am reaching out won't you take my hand I'm coming home Ireland Yes I am home Ireland"
Stretching her arms out at the she felt something move from beside her and fading with the first light of day the spirit of the fallen worriers left for there final rest.
trembling slightly she sighed and looked around. "now how do i get down?"

Breeding Raffle RP part 1 Aurora walked along slowly looking at each and every flower in her path. Spring was the only time she could stand to be down from her mountain home. Summer and fall were much to hot for her and winter to wet. Up in the mountains the temprature staied the same most of the year round. But spring alway brought her down. Somtimes just to see the diffrent flowers grow. Or see the new spring lambs and rabbits running around. Or just to sit and watch new life flutter away.
Finding a nice shaded spot Aurora settled herself down and begain to write in her book of history. Any events told to her by the spirits were recorded in here lest she forget. But in the slight warmth of the sun she soon drifted off. Loreena had been born and raised in the mountains. She loved it up there, but in the spring, the lowlands seemed to come to life a little sooner. That was her reason for coming down this day. The cool and gentle breeze blew her bangs about her face, which she simply brushed away with an easy sweep of her hand.
Everything about the day thus far had put her in high spirits and she was enjoying listening to the whispering of the wind and watching the new grasses and flowers dance at each gust of the wind. Loreena smiled and began to sing softly to herself.
" The road now leads onward As far as can be Winding lanes And hedgerows in threes By purple mountains And round every bend All roads lead to you There is no journey's end." Aurora awoke to the soft voice singing looking around she saw none in the area. Getting up slowly she stretched her limbs and trotted in the direction of the voice. She didn't know why. Normally the though of another taur would send her running in the opposite direction. But something about the voice pulled at her.
As she neared the voice words came into her head and she started singing "Here is my heart and I give it to you Take me with you across this land These are my dreams, so simple and few Dreams we hold in the palm of our hands" Loreena turned at hearing her song sang back to her. The song was very close to her heart, as it was one of the first songs she learned from listening to her parents. It really resonated in her. She heard approaching footsteps. Usually, she'd be a bit more wary of stangers, but anyone who knew her song was not a stanger in her book.
She turned to face the direction that the responding voice was coming from. She felt no fear or worry. Loreena continued, hoping to bring the singer closer, maybe into view.
"Deep in the winter Amidst falling snow High in the air Where the bells they all toll And now all around me I feel you still here Such is the journey No mystery to fear." Turning slightly Aurora approaching a bend in the road closing her eyes she let th music flow through her.
"Here is my heart and I give it to you Take me with you across this land These are my dreams, so simple and few Dreams we hold in the palm of our hands" Rounding the corner slowly she saw another taur stood further along the path with her back towards her. The first thing that she noticed was the tanned skin and bluish hair. feeling the music stirring her once again she swallowed her fear and continued the song.
"The road now leads onward And I know not where I feel in my heart That you will be there Whenever a storm comes Whatever our fears The journey goes on As your love ever nears" Loreena blinked at the singer's voice being behind her. She could have sworn that the singing was coming from another direction. She didn't let it linger on her mind. She simply took a deep breath to calm her and turned to face the person who sang along with her.
A centauress with brilliant red hair and striking blue skin stood there. Loreena had never seen anyone quite like her before. A brief thought passed through her mind that she was seeing a vision, but this was all to real. The music was still filling her so Loreena finished the song.
"Here is my heart and I give it to you Take me with you across this land These are my dreams, so simple and few Dreams we hold in the palm of our hands."
She flashed a small smile and gave a soft laugh, partially embarrassed from having been found singing aloud and partially out of being surprised that her singing had brought someone over. She brushed a strand of bluish hair back away from her face. "Um, hi. I hope I didn't disturb you or anything...My name is Loreena." Aurora smiled slightly "music never disturbs me. It's part of who we are." Moving closer she stretched out her hand. "My name is Aurora. And i have to ask. where did you learn that song?" Something about the song had moved something inside her. a feeling she had not felt in years. Loreena nodded thoughfully. "You're right. I suppose it is." She reached out and shook Aurora's hand. She was caught off guard at the chill the other's skin had. "It's nice to meet you, Aurora. I learned that song from my parents. They used to sing it together and I picked it up from them. Why do you ask?" "I'm not sure but I've heard that song before only a few time though. It makes me feel ..." She pause for a second to think of the right words " It makes me feel distant and yet right here." Chuckling slightly she nervously ran her hand through her hair. "I guess that’s little strange." Shifting her weight slightly to another foot she tried to change the subject. "so are you from around here?" Loreena chuckled. "Not terribly strange. I think it kind of opens you up to something greater or at least opens your heart to the world around you. So, you aren't exactly alone in that sentiment." She nodded with a bit of a smile. "No. I was born and raised in the mountains. I just came down here to revel in the new life of spring as it takes hold a bit earlier down here than it does at home. What about you? Do you live around here?" Aurora laughed slightly "No. like you I'm from the mountains. But spring in my territory is to wet to be safe so I move lower down." Turning sideways to point behind her she continued "I live near the top of the mountain range just behind the forest though not many taurs live up at my level. That might be where I heard the song from." Opening her small side bag she pulled out her book of history and flicked through the pages looking for anything similar to what they had been singing.
"Oh, I see. I can understand that. My territory usually just gets extremely muddy this time of year. The soil is rather sandy so the melt water doesn't linger above ground for long." Loreena's gaze followed off to where Aurora pointed. She gave a bit of a nod. "Hm. Maybe. Someone's voice might have carried up on the wind."
Loreena's ears perked forward when Aurora took out a book from a small bag. She took a small step closer to see if she could get a little better view. "Oh, what's this?" "this?" she asked raising the book a little "I call it my Book of history. Every time I hear something new. A story, facts or songs. I put all the information in here. It helps keep my thought straight." Turning to on page she stopped and smiled . "Here's the song we were singing a while ago." In the middle of on page was the song but words were missing and slightly in the wrong order. But essentially the same song. "this one here is my favourite one." Aurora said pointing to the next page. "it was one i heard form a place far far away." Her eyes glazed over slightly as her thoughts drifted back to the journey that had changed her.

Breeding Raffle RP part 2 "Ah, that's useful." She gave a bit of a laugh. "I think could use something like that from time to time." Loreena looked over the pages that were indicated. "Oh yeah. There it is. Hm." She read over the song that Aurora pointed out as her favorite. "Oh, it's lovely. Far, far away? Did you travel at one time?"
She sighed softly "sort of. I don’t remember much of what happened but I was travelling for a few years." Tapping the cover of the book she smiled. "that when I decided to write everything down in the book. This way I wont forget." Aurora's eyes were still un focused as if staring into another time or place. Her coat shimmered slightly as a familiar feeling crept over her. A spirit was near.
Loreena made a thoughtful sound. "Mm. Well, at least from when you started your book on you have a written account of everything you've experienced. Now there isn't anything that can take that away from you." She lightly patted Aurora's back in hopes of perking her up a little. She noticed her coat's shimmering. She blinked. "Huh. That's interesting."
Aurora flinched slightly as she felt her hand on her back. It wasn’t unpleasant just unexpected. But the touch brought her back to her current position she was in. her gaze quickly scanned the area for the spirit. "What's interesting?" she asked smiling not seeing anything in the area to cause harm.
Loreena smiled and gave a soft laugh. "Heh. Well, Aurora, you're kind of glowing." Sure, it was a bit out of the norm, but she was not too terribly bothered by it. She figured there had to be some reason behind it. Afterall, it's not like people randomly start to glow. Or at least, no one that she knew. Sometimes in her dreams there would be figures and beings that glowed, but those were in her dreams.
Aurora glanced down at the start on her pelt. "oh don't worry it does that sometimes." she said with a shrug. "it's kind a gift and a curse i got when i was little." Patting at them gently the settled down to there normal colouration. Seeing Loreena's look she decided to explain a bit more. Spirits just seemed to know but normal taurs weren't so open about it. "It's to warn me when spirits are near I help send them to there final rest. That's how i fill my book's so quickly."
"Huh, interesting. I see. Well, that's a handy thing then." Loreena listened as Aurora finished. "Oh, that is such a kind thing for you to do for them. I can see how it can be a gift, but how is it a curse? Do you get confronted by malicious spirits or something on occasion? I hope I don't sound like I'm trying to pry or anything." She nodded with a smile that was vaguely sheepish. She was not all that perturbed by Aurora's spirit glowing. She was the sort to take most things in stride. It took something major to get her riled up. She believed in spirits and why couldn't there be people who could feel and see them. It was good that at least someone could help put their souls to peace.
Aurora smiled happily finally someone who didn't think she was just mad. "i have had the one or two malicious spirits but thats not a problem. Spirits tend to commune through songs. And often they take control of me. I sometimes wake up miles from were i started having no idea how i got there." she chuckled slightly "i once ended up on an island in the middle of the sea once. But thankfully i'm a good swimmer."
"Oh, well, I'm glad then that they haven't done anything terrible to you then." Loreena made a bit of a thoughtful humming sound. " I think it's neat that they communicate through songs. Music always reaches straight to the soul, so I suppose it does make some sense." She blinked and looked amazed . "Really? Well, that ought to make things interesting from time to time." She gave a laugh. "Wow, why did it take you to an island? I bet it was pretty though."
Aurora laughed happliy "yes it is fun sometimes. I'd like to remember the trip though it's often hard to get back home." Brushing some hair back that had blown into her face she smiled never had she been able to talk to another taur like this unless they were a spirit. Yet here stood Loreena a living taur not wanting to shun her or find her strange. "I think song plays a pert in everything. but i think with spirits its an open expression of joy or sorrow. or any range of emotions. also we often hold memories in songs yet we don't realise it at the time." she chuckled slightly as she remembered the island. "i think it was a fishertaur who ended up there after falling from him boat. one minuet i was walking along the beach. the next I'm wet looking back at the main island. Thankfully a boat picked me up for the way back. Any way here i am twittering on about me and i now nothing about you."
Loreena couldn't help but give a light laugh of her own. "Well, I'm sure there is a reason that you don't remember. Maybe, all you have to do is ask if the spirit will let you remember next time. It may let you." She felt quite comfortable speaking with Aurora. Normally she'd be a bit more reserved, but she just did not feel the need to be on guard or anything. It was kind of nice to just speak freely. She smiled and tipped her head a little to one side. "I suppose we do. I imagine that songs will even be able to bring old, nearly forgotten memories when we hear them again." Loreena chuckled. "Well, at least you got picked up so you didn't have to swim all the way back to the main land." She mused back over their conversation thus far and gave an embarrassed laugh. "You're right. I believe all you know is my name and that I live in the mountains. Let's see. I am the only child of a poet and a shepardess. I took to adventuring all over the valleys and mountain sides surrounding my home as a youngster. I used to worry my parents so much with my wandering." Loreena chuckled with a reflective look on her face. "I got my love of music from my parents. My mother would sing when she would be out with the sheep or when she was cooking or tucking me in at night. What I really enjoyed was listening to my mother and father singing to each other. They were always so animated when they were together." She shook her head to clear her thoughts and looked over to Aurora, with a bit of a grin on her face. "Heh, am I rambling?"
Listening carefully "not at all Loreena. I'm a shepherdess my self but i only have a small flock of about 60sheep. Although as it's spring it might be more now." she chuckled slightly. "i often hear songs form other herders in the mountains often i sing back pretending to be an echo. Its fun" Her smile faltered slightly when she had spoken about her parents. "i don't remember much about my parents mother was the leader of are clan and my dad was lost before i was born. But the whole clan were like a family"
"Oh, yeah, it is about the time of year for the new lambs to be born." Loreena gave a soft laugh. She enjoyed playing with the lambs as a child, once they were old enough, of course. It was how she got started in her understanding of what her mother did. "Hee. Sounds like it. I don't think I've ever played an echo before. If I have it isn't coming to mind." She noticed Aurora's smile fall a little at the mention of parents. "Well, at least you had your clan there as a family network. Growing up, it was pretty much just my parents and I. We were a ways off from any villiages. If I recall correctly, the closest village was half a day's trek away from home." She flashed a soft smile. "Besides, no one can ever truly forget their parents. We all know we are born, that someone cared for and nutured us. Sure, we may forget their voices, or their faces, or the way they carried themselves, but what never leaves us is the impression of love and devotion that they left on our hearts. You see what I'm trying to get at, Aurora?" she nodded slightly no one could every forget where they came from. even if they wanted to good momories and bad all were part of who they were. "You are right " casting a glance skyward Aurora noticed that small silver clouds were dotting the sky. "Would you like to come to my camp and have something to eat? It looks like rain soon and i'd rather be under cover"
Loreena looked skyward at the gradually darkening sky above them. "You're right. It does look like rain." She looked to Aurora and smiled appreciatively. "Yes, I would like that. Thank you. It'd be nice to be out of the rain before it really gets here." Don't get her wrong, she liked the rain. But she wasn't exactly in the 'get rained upon' sort of mood. She suspected that like most of the showers this time of year it would be short lived. There came a little rumble from her stomach which she chuckled in responce. She patted a hand on her belly a little. "Heh, I guess my breakfast wore off."
On the way back to the camp Aurora talked about many things she had seen and other songs she had heard. Never had she felt so free with another taur before. As they neared the camp sight there was a deafening rumble as the clouds started to open. "This way "Aurora called pulling back the hide cover leading into a large hut. Lighting a small torch Aurora wqalked into the middle of the hut and lit the fire. "Sorry it's dark in here. When i made it i forgot to add windows." With out any windows in the room it felt closed and dark. But as the fire sprang to life it felt homley. "now i'll get something for us to eat." Lifting a strange water bowl over the fire Aurora started to heat up some soup she had made earlier that morning.
Loreena listened to Aurora speaking on the way to her camp. She freely answered and expressed her own experiences. She had been so at ease that she jumped slightly when the thunder rumbled over head. She laughed a little and placed a hand over her heart. She slipped into the hut and looked around the interior. "Oh, no need to apologize, Aurora. This is fine." She sat down near the fire once it was lit and she sniffed the air as the soup began to hear. "Why, that smells lovely. You must be a wonderful cook. I hadn't set up a camp down here yet. Last night was nice enough to sleep under the stars so I did. I would've had to hunt for my next meal. Thank you for having me here."
Aurora smiled spooning out two bowls full of soup. "Quiet all right.I built this hut a few years ago with some people from my clan. They have moved now to the other side of the mountains but i still see them in the summer months." Handing the second bowl and a splade to Loreena she sat beside her. Eating for a moment Aurora listened the the rain falling outside. It seemed to slow for a moment before pounding again on the roof. "Why dont you stay here tonight? It doesn't sound like the rain is going to let up. and if it dose most places will be wet by now."
