hey there, naruto lovers. here's a chance to join my new story, which i'm hoping will appear on my Deviantart. (this is all taking place after the meeting with kismae and itachi, but before sasuke runs away. he will NOT be running away in this story.)
storyline: tsunade has decided to bring in some extra ninja from other countries into konoha, hoping to mix them in with the teams of leaf ninja. i'm counting on people who join this roleplay will just help me let the story unfold by itself. we'll see what happens

FIRST POST! YAY!!!!!
beginning of my story:
arle sat on the railing of the blood red bridge, nervously swinging her legs. the leaf village was unfamilliar to her, since she had only arrived the day before. her parents had been killed by mist ninjas, but her father's old friend kakashi hatake had decided to take the girl in. she had already been assigned to a new team, team 7, and was now waiting for them to arrive.
densuke, sensing his mistress's fear and anxiety, got up out of his warm sunny spot and trotted over, placing his head on the girl's jeaned lap. she idly stroked his ears, still staring into space.
they're not going to like me... she thought. the wolf sat up, staring into her eyes. she read his expression perfectly
"i know almost everyone likes me, but what if this is different?" she asked. "i know kakashi said that they were all nice, but what if they think i'm stupid or something??" tears formed in her deep blue eyes, spilling over and ran down her cheeks.
the sound of approching footsteps could be heard, and the wolf-boy perked up his ears and stared into the direction from which it had come. Arle turned the same was, drying her eyes, turing to face her new teammates.
ok what i figure we can do would be to have at least 2 new people on each konoha team, and then those people in that squad can also play the role of the original characters, like i'd play sasuke and naruto and sakura until someone else joined my squad, then we can split 'em. whoever posts next can start off with wherever they are. PLEASE POST!!!!!!

personality: Anju is quiet and has been traveling alone for a long time so she dosent really get along with most people but is friendly. The only problem is the brutle judgment of being an exmember of the Hidden Rock Village. She ran away from home when she was ten because she disaprooved of the hostility agenst Hidden Leaf Village.

Anju looked at the girl standing at the railing of the red bridge. She wasn’t fond of the idea of joining a team, but was convinced by Kakashi Hatake who had come across her wondering aimlessly in the forest. Anju cocked her head at the girl. She could sense the negative essence clouding her mind like a thick fog, but that could be easily cleared. She smiled at the strange girl. "Excuse me? Hi are you in team 7? I was told to meat the rest of the team here by Kakashi Hatake."

Name: Yumi Yuhi (yes she is acutally related to Kurenai, but it's a distant relative) Age: 12 Birthday: August 1 Height: 4'9" Weight: 101 lbs Village of Origin: Getsu (The Village Hidden under the Moon) Likes: the moon (of course), pretty river scenes, dogs, forests, nature period (lol), ramen, short skirts, staying tan year round (her skin is naturally darker than most peoples'), some serious butt-kicking, and flirting Dislikes: snobby people, rude people, old pervs (XD!!), cats, too much sunshine, hard food, sushi, annoying people, spiders, snakes, and most insects Personality: She isn't snobby, but she's naturally flirtatious with guys that she finds attractive. But her modo for that states that "Age matters no matter how old I am". She is pretty outgoing and has this cocky attitude that makes her spunky and fun to be around.

Yumi made her way into the village through the big arched gate. "Gosh, way too much sunshine. I can barely see," she said aloud and pulled out her umbrella, opening it gracefully and resting its handle on her shoulder. The guards by the gate gave her a puzzled look that she didn't notice and just laughed a little as she passed by. She strode into the village with high shoulders and a bouncing step. Her head was held high, even though she happened to notice a bunch of perverted, old gawking at her short skirt and muscular legs shown beneath it. She rolled her eyes as one of them gave her a whistle. A bark and a snarl came from behind her head out of the mouth a little brown puppy sticking out of her brown nappy sack on her back. "Heal Ming Ming. It's just a bunch of pervs. I'll be alright." It seemed to settle the dog down some. She stopped confused. "Now where am I supposed to go from here?" she thought out loud.

Anju could hear someone aproching and turned around. A young girl was bouncing up the rode. She cocked her head at the bouncy little girl. Anju walked up to her. "Are you on team seven?" She asked pushing her headband up off her eyes, while her dusty brown hair flopped over the hidden rock village symbol.

"Well, I think I'm supposed to be on team 8, but I'm sure me and my trusty companion can help you find them," she suggested pointing her thumb over her shoulder just before her little brown puppy popped up over her hand to give a cheerfull barking greeting to the girl. She laughed a little at the dog's sillyness. "So, want me to help you? Do you also know someone who is also on that team? I can take them too. I'm in search of team 8, so maybe I can find them along the way."

Anju smiles at her. "That would be grate. I don't know anybody here." Then subconchously brushes her light drown hair beging her ear revealing the hidden stone village symbol on accedent.

Noticing the mark, she simply smiled so as to not alarm or panic the girl. She looked about her age. "I'm not actually permantely joining team 8, but it's just temporary so that I can get used to the sunshine and such of these different surroundings. It doesn't look anything like Getsu, that's for sure," she explained, twisting the umbrella around that was resting gently on her shoulder. It had polka dots all over it and was very decorative. "So, do you want to get started now? Or should we just have a look around town to get slightly used to it for now? I'm actually kind of hungry." She sniffed the air just like a dog would do and sighed. 'What a heavenly scent! It's..........RAMEN!!' she thought to herself and a look of desire and pure genius formed into one expression formed upon her face. She knew where she wanted to go.

Anju patted her messy hair down over her head band and was not serten wether she should be shocked or afraid at the strange look on yumi's face. "Yah I'm a bit hungry my self." She said nervously. ((Oh Someone gave my a sigjustion that Anju could be related to Kakashi but I wanted your opinyons on it, I don't want to go all marrysue on you guys sweatdrop ))

"Alright! Then it's settled!" she replied joyfully and grabbed Anju's arm. "Oh yeah! I'm Yumi, just so ya know," she stated. Then she began to pull Anju behind her because she didn't want to wait anymore for the food. She LOVED ramen and she wasn't ready to sit around and wait for it any longer. ((Actually, my character is a distant relative to Kurenai, the sensei for Team 8. I think it might make things a little more interresting. You know what I'm saying?))

((Um... not realy I'm new to Naruto and I just finished book two, but I'm sure that it will be sweatdrop ))
Anju wasent serten what to make of this girl but she seemed intresting. "I'm Anju nice to meet you Yumi." She said smileing a bit. This could be fun.
