The head size is okay to me. The neck thick maybe? lol Other wise its great!! The musles are awesome and I love the eyes. blaugh The tattoo looks odd. It dosent bend with the body....

That's pretty good, though he's head's a little big, unless you intended it to look like that. Also, The shoulder to neck section looks a little awkward. The tattoo is awesome but a little off looking.
