Hey, my brother and I think that it is POSSIBLE that Bella might leave Edward at the alter because Jacob gets himself into some type of trouble? do you think that's possible?

Well, I think that she will going through with the wedding and then go help Jacob. Or she will push the wedding back to go help him but still get married to Edward.
But there is a possiblitly to every idea that someone can think of. Only one person knows for sure and that's Stephenie Meyer.

I don't think it is possible. Bella might push the wedding back like Kaida Wolf mentioned, but she already promised herself she wasn't going to let Edward see how she felt about Jacob anymore. I love Edward, don't get me wrong, but does anyone else think that he was way out of line sending Jacob an invetation to the wedding? It seemed like he was salting the wound to me. It's the first thing Edward has done that I have truly been angry at him for.

i dont think so, bella has seen that jacob is jealous, and i think she would see through that. another idea i have is what if jacob showes up at the wedding with his one and only. what if while he was away he inprinted on someone.

I think he just wanted to show he wasn't mad or anything that Jacob loved Bella and that she loved him back...but that's just me! mrgreen

I truly believe that Edward feels the way he said he did; that he could do what Jacob can't (because he's older) and simply step back if she did love Jacob.
I think that Edward didn't do it out of spite, just stupidity. sweatdrop
