Spartan 117, known as the Master Chief, had been a super solider built for the UNSC as part of the Spartan II Project lead by Dr. Hasley. He hand selected by the military and taken away from his parents at the young age of six, cloned so his family wouldn't suffer an unneeded loss. He was immediately thrown into vigorous training along with other children that had been selected for this project. At the age of fourteen, the remaining "Spartans" underwent a surgery that would chemically and physically change their bodies forever. The enhancements allowed them use of the new MLJOLNIR armor that would become a part of them for the rest of their military career. His life had changed into what he used to think hell, but looking back on it now, it was all he's ever known.
Once the Covenant got hold of a newly formulated weapon, he was sent down to Earth in the form of a strange lion-like species. It wasn't long before he came across old comrades, his AI companion, and some other lion-like creatures that seemed to all be pieces to this puzzle the Covenant had created. The Master Chief didn't like how he was losing this battle, he never lost. Ever.

Rhea Hyuga A Weapon. She was a weapon. It was only accentuated by the fact that she constantly had bloodstains on her, and that she had to kill or she felt…weak. The only thing she remembered before arriving was that she was…and still was…a weapon. Being used to kill others. Destroying lives. What else did she live for nowadays though? There were little ones running about, and she could not harm them; their lives had just started and they had done no wrong. She only killed those who had done wrong. But was it justified? Was it justice? What right did she have to kill them?
Right now the area was desolate. And dark. But she had no intention of wandering. Only sitting upon a rock and gazing up at the sky. What was she, really? What was she here for? To kill? Or to find a…what was it? Oh, a life. But what was the point when was nothing but a gun? A weapon?

The Master Chief walked on, his metal armor clanking quietly with each step. He was still getting used to his own anatomy; having four legs wasn't as easy as animals had always seemed to make it look.
He lifted his head back to get a good look at the sky. It was gray, dull, and the temperature was a cool 76 degrees Fahrenheit, according to his built in weather system. His suit was well ventilated and he could easy adjust the temperature inside. Normally, Pride Lands was at a scorching 100+ degrees and he felt like he was in an oven, but thanks to Dr. Hasley's technology, he was able to stay nice and cool, unlike the other lions.
The lion, or as others would say: machine, trecked on across the savanna's sandy paths. He kept his eye on his radar, it was instinct.

Sniffing the air, she took a breath and held it; Something was here. From the sounds of it, it might be something dangerous. Letting out a chuff, she crouched down on the rock.
Shoe would be ready for it...but spotting it, still some distance away, she let out her breath. It was like her...four-legged. That usually meant no harm...

It wasn't long before a little, red glowing dot appeared on the bottom left hand corner of his line of vision. But why red? Hadn't the covenant done enough to rid of him already? The Master Chief furrowed his eyebrows in disbelief; his radar must have been misinterpreting what was up ahead. Enemy or not, however, he would find out what this dot indicated.
The olive green machine of a lion moved towards the light on his radar. He thought about activating his active cameo, but using such strange technology in such a primitive place could cost him more than just unwanted looks. Besides, he was confident in his abilities to ward off any potential threat to his well being. He wasn't ready to give up this fight, not ever.

Crouching down further, she narrowed her eyes, trying to see details. Her instinct, to kill enemies, began to bubble up, but she, herself, kept them down. She kept telling herself she wasn't a weapon.
She wasn't a weapon...
Her concentration lapsed and immediately a change took place; Both sets of wings flared out and her eyes glazed over. Fully dark blue, what seemed like data began to scroll across them. Her body tensed up, put all senses on high alert, and she...it began to scan the area. If there was a threat, it was to eliminated immediately to protect her master.
'Master? He isn't even here. I are not one with him now. We are separate, and i am -free-'
Able to talk to herself somehow, the tension disappeared, but the high alert didn't and her eyes stayed the same.
