This year I am going to decorate eggs with my kids. I found an Ostara activity that involves using a decorated egg for divination, and I thought I might try it out. Egg Rolling Choices DivinationMay everyone have a blessed Ostara and Mabon!

I plan on just doing a spring cleaning and then a house purification and blessing. along with redoing my protection spells around the place.

Hm... This Ostara... I don't really know what I'm doing. If the weather would clear up, I might go out and find a decent stick to make a wand out of, but so far it's been all rainy...
I do, however, plan on starting a small indoor garden, and I've begun constructing an actual altar. (before now, all of my stuff has been scattered around my room. One might have said my entire room was my altar... XD )

I haven't really planned anything yet. sweatdrop Since I'm a closet witch, there isn't much I can do, but hopefully I'll be able to take a nice long walk and meditate quite a bit. I always find those two activities soothing. smile
I do plan on extending my knowledge, however. Hopefully I can go to the bookstore by myself and buy a few books on Wicca. I especially would love to get Scott Cunningham's book on herbs. I have three books of his so far and I've enjoyed all of them. 3nodding
I know there's a thread on book suggestions, but if anyone has any they would like to personally recommend, that would be great!

YAY VERNAL EQUINOX!!!!!!!!!
I spent some time communing with Air this evening; tomorrow I've got a variety of things planned. I actually celebrate the seasonal tides for more than just a day... anytime between now and Flo... er... Beltane as most folks call it is a good time for VE related activities. OMGs I need to make TEA EGGS!!!!! Maybe I'll make those for Easter....

If I weren't going to a friends I'd probably end up cleaning. sweatdrop My rooms a mess. If it was NOT SO FLIPPIN COLD I'd try and do something outside, but sadly it's like 30 degrees in Indiana. Warm weather come sooner!

Well, this will be me and my friend's first witchcraft holiday. I'm going to be in Seattle for about half of Ostara, so I'm going to try to take some walks in the forests behind my grandpa's house. The first few days I'm going to clear my mind with some meditation. :3

This Ostara I'm planning a Garden myself. But I don't have anywhere in my yards where there is enough sunlight. stressed But I will do alot of reading and organize my altar and my BOS.

Though I know I should be wary, still I venture some place scary. Ghostly hauntings I turn loose...i started planting mine today, and i plan to finish it tomorrow night. i am also going to renew protection spells and such around the house and clean ^_^

I've been at work all day but I'll probably do a small ritual tonight. Gonna write a poem and all 3nodding Saturday is when the real fun starts. Our coven is renting a cabin for the day and we're going to eat and have a ritual.
In a perfect world I would be out in the forest and I would have waken up early to a beautiful sunrise and walked through a dewy meadow and have grand fun with my forest friends. xD (seriously though...I would really enjoy that)
