I like the third one down from the top best! The detail in the hair is awe-inspiring.
Did you sketch these out in pencil before inking, or used pen from the beginning?

I always sketch in pencil first. I use drafting pencils [architect's pencils, really] that I had to buy for design, since they give me a very fine, very light line. I then go over the entire drawing in a layer of ink using a size 005 Micron inkpen. After that, I add the thicker lines using various sizes. I start with 02 for the parts inside the drawing that need to be thicker [such as the outlines of individual curls or the pearls and lace] and then move to 05 and 08 for the external outlines. :3

It shouldn't make you sick. It's not like I just whip these out. It takes me upwards of eight hours most of the time for just one inked drawing. o____o;
