i never planned for this to happen but the swordsmen of the mist are in charge of taking control of villages, and silk aproved of it, but yea the mist took control of cloud but since i am the one from mist who is in charge, i chose to let the cloud have their rules, their raikage, and the rest of that stuff)

of course there is a person who doesn't agree with the mist taking over, i do not want to hurt anyone but the others at the mist would gladly kill you.

Actually, If this means that we must follow orders
from the Mist, there WILL be retaliation. Unless I
am mistaken, our standing with the Akatsuki is
allied (Last time I checked.), and they apparently
don't like you swordsmen. I am also sure that you
don't care about hurting us, and this is all just
something to cover up what you are doing.
Even if you do kill him, the entire Cloud Village
(Or at least me and some others loyal to the
Cloud whose names shall not be spoken) will
fight back, for he was once a Cloud Member and
will be remembered as such, even if we never see
him again. I myself will remain neutral unless
provoked into action. I cannot say what anyone
else will do, but I will attempt negotiation before
this comes to bloodshed. I hope the others agree
with what I think should be done.

the akatsuki are not allied with you that's as much as i know, and you will not follow orders from the mist you will follow orders from me, and quite frankly i like this place so i will not make orders that would cause a retaliation.
because i like this place i will not let up laws that are unfair. as i said i will not attack anyone here but if the akatsuki attack i will be the first to fight.
