Meggie walked down a dirt path, her hood down and her cloak untied, it resting on her shoulders. The moon had begun to wax tonight and she looked up at it with an emotionless face. "Tonight I must feed." She told herself and ran now, she was a blur to any who looked at her. She stopped when she heard music and cheerful shouting. She tied her cloak shut and pulled up her hood. Walking in a normal manner she walked down to the town. When she got close she pulle dback her hood. Aa drunked man saw her walking and walke dup to her. "Hey their beautiful." He said as he swayed over to her. She glanced at him and continued walking. He looked at her crossly. "Don't just walk away now." he said and grabbed her arm swinging her around to face him. "Un-hand me or I will be forced to kill you." She said and he laughed. "Kill me eh? we'll see about that." She looked at him and her eyes turned a white color. She felt her teeth change and she felt his grip loosen and saw him step back. "I awrned you." She said and rushed at him. She sunk her fangs into his neck and his body went limp. She stood up and bitterly wiped her mouth looking down at him. "Drunken' fool. Your not even good enough to feed on." She walked away as if nothing had happend and went to find someone else.
