Huzzah to that! Ooh...I was supposed to be a pub tonight. The Pope moved Saint Patrick's Day. Apparently he can do that. Oh well, gives us more days to celebrate!

I know! How annoying. On the bright side, he decided that the Holy Week/High Holy Day (3.17...) won't happen again till 2160 or something.

He suggested that the celebrations be moved to a different day so it wouldn't interfere with Holy Week. Because apparently he doesn't think that having a Guinness/music/dancing fest is a good way to start off Holy Week. Personally, I think it's the best way! You're celebrating culture, history, and taking part in the joys of the earth! And I can go on all day about the support for debauchery so I'll stop here...
