I'm pretty sure Jamie is gonna get canned at the end of 2008. After 5 races, his car has fallen out of the top 35, and at Martinsville, he's gonna have to qualify on time. Pretty embarassing for Jack Roush at this point.

yeah, but it's not jamies fault for all his accidents. Dario Franchitti purposefully wrecked him and a couple others. It was obvious when he turned right into him going into the corner. He might be out yes, cause I don't think he's got the Roush talent.

he'll have one or two races where he'll fight for the win and then 20 or so races where he is not a factor.

With all Roush had to go through to get him, I'm not sure if he'll cut him.
Still, Jamie needs to get it in gear.

Soultrain With all Roush had to go through to get him, I'm not sure if he'll cut him. Still, Jamie needs to get it in gear. At this point it doesn't matter what they had to do to get him. I say dump the 26 team and cut their losses. That whole team is just bad.

Jamie McMurray is not a Roush driver, he does not like what makes a Roush Ford fast. I think we all know he's a good driver but he can't compete with material he can't get the hang of.

Now that I think about it, he doesn't seem to have problem with pressure.
